Triangle Park Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

I really like the look and feel of the place. The staff is nice, and helpful as well. Even when they are super busy they stay happy. But the actual food part of it seems to lack. Especially for the price. None of the food looked anything special. We had a couple steaks that were very overdone, one didn't even get eaten. But it was a birthday party and we had a huge party, and nobody wanted to complain. I still really don't, the experience is great. It's a cozy place. But I have to mention the food because not only is it a restaurant, but a little pricey. Shouldn't have to half the steak the lobster dinner home to the dog because it was overdone. Not at the price point. The experience was wonderful. Just not so much the food tonight. They also seemed to really neglect the parking lot. It was like scaling Everest getting inside from the car. Couple people from our party went out to smoke and spent 15 minutes helping older folks get safely to their cars. After saying something they did throw some melt outside. so so so good! My boyfriend and I have been wanting to try different restaurants instead of places like Applebees, Red Lobster, etc. We were not disappointed! We ordered wings and stuffed mushrooms as our appetizer, the wings were crispy even though they were soaked in sauce. The sauce was flavorful, not too sweet, not too spicy. Kinda reminds you of a barbeque flavor. The mushrooms were also very good. I ordered ribs and he had the burger with the bacon and red onion on it. My ribs were AMAZING. You could just pull the bone right out like you see in TV shows lol. The meat was so tender and melted in your mouth! My boyfriend loved his burger, and they give you half a pound of beef on em'. My rating is actually 3 1/2 stars, but app won't allow me to do. Very busy night, waited about 45 minutes to be led to dining room where there were several empty tables. Waitress was very friendly, but seemed to be confusion at first who was our waitress. Got our drinks, ordered Prime rib dinner medium rare doesn't mean raw inside. I had to send it back twice to cook a little more. Our friend ordered hers the same and she likes her meat very rare and had to send hers back also. Prime rib taste was good, but quality was very poor. I'll stick with the Raspberry chicken next time. My husband loves their Walleye, which is always good! Meals come with two sides.
