Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

The cashier Jess was very pleasant, professional and detailed. I received good service from him. The young lady that was preparing the food was very unprofessional I would mention her name in the review but she didn’t have on her name tag or an apron like the other staff members. In the process of Jess taking my order she was very loud and rude. She was yelling at him as if there weren’t any customers around. I would’ve rated this location with 5 stars but the young lady took 3 of those stars away by her rude and unprofessional behavior that she displayed in front of customers. I hope my next experience there is better. I’ve never experienced this at Starbucks on this campus.
