Brü City — Restaurant in Fort Worth

This place is a true Oasis in the middle of a fairly thinly populated area of euless it's just off main Street and Trinity. We were there on a Sunday night and the bartender was absolutely fantastic she's a beautiful girl she's very personable very cordial very helpful and as sweet as she can be just a delight to have as a hostess when you're drinking some amazing beers. She's from France and her name is Elody. The pizza was fantastic the wings were fantastic and this darling girl helped us find exactly the kind of beer that we liked we had just an amazing evening thanks to her they have a digital menu which you can download to your phone it's very sophisticated it's called digitalpore.com. all the beers are ranked by their alcohol content and their happiness or bitterness. They must have 60 or 70 on tap and many more than that in the coolers to take home with you as I said the pizza was great the barbecue is also great here it's really really a wonderful place especially since there aren't a lot of really fantastic cool places in this part of euless. I thoroughly recommend it everybody has to try Brew City...

This is a pub in a gas station! Very unique concept. However, the staff want very friendly or helpful. For instance, I asked if they did flights. The bartender said yes and handed me a flight board with a piece of chalk and instructed me to write the beers I wanted in the space provided. The space was really small! I squeezed in the names, one of which was Haze ( for their Don't Haze Me Bro). When I handed him the flight board he says "No. You have to write the number corresponding to the beer you want." They use Digital Pour for their menu which has 30+ beers listed on monitors really small. I ended up having to download the app to figure out what I wanted and the number for that bet. While doing so the bartender joked with a patron about how is he supposed to know what Haze I meant. There are too many Hazes. I took my flight, finished it and left. WOW! Hands down the best pizza I've had in a very long time! My fiance and I had pig wings for the first time. I don't know what I expected exactly but I didn't expect so much happiness to be inside a single bite! They were so moist, fall of the bone tender and full of flavor. We also had the supreme pizza and we will not be going anywhere else for pizza from now on. The food was cooked quickly and arrived to the table hot. The employees in the food and gas station areas were friendly, everything is very clean, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The music is loud enough to hear but low enough that you don't have to raise your voice when talking. And there are multiple TV's placed so that no matter where you sit you have a clear view of at least one.
