Sara and Nabina need supervision. The two of them have no concept of customer service and were out right rude. We made an order from Subway app. When I arrived our order on one sandwich was wrong per the instructions on the order. Sara and Nabina proceeded to heatedly tag team argue at me on how to place an order.I asked for the sandwich to be remade. Sara refused to remake the sandwich per the instructions on the order stating "it woupd be such a waste". Sara and Nabina again took turns emotionally angry explaining on how to place an order. I told Sara either remake the sndwich or refund my order. Sara said she could not refund my money. By now, I am done, I told Sara either make the order correctly or refund my money and that I could not believe 2 Subway employees were be rude and argue aggressively at a customer. Sara said she would need to call a manager to refund the money and went to the backroom. After several minutes I tell Nabina to just wrap the sandwiches Im leaving and tell Sara to come to the counter. The order was bagged and a few minutes later Sara came to the counter. As started walking to the door, I explained what customer service was and how both of them were so unbusiness like to just run their mouths emotionally at a customer and to repeatedly argue at a customer. Suprisingly, Sara began again to just argue at me as I was opening the door. I told her to just shut up as I left. When we got home...to our suprise the 2nd sandwich had not been made correctly either. Subway employees Sara and Nabina both left unsupervised with horrible customer service. Read moreI drive 25 minutes to this Subway location because they are the only shop that takes subway coupons. I came for a foot-long sub and was told by the middle-aged ponytail gal who is always at the restaurant when I come in each week that she cannot accept my coupon because the scanner was down. I asked her if she could manually enter it and she said NO it must be scanned and it wasn’t working. This is ridiculous as I work in customer service and I would never refuse a customer because one of my machines wasn’t working properly. I placed an online order to get the special reward and am literally standing in front of her to ask her to place some veggies on the sandwich before she toasted it and she refuses to make the sandwich my way even though I'm literally standing in front of her! Also to make the experience even worse, she's making me the wrong sandwich on the wrong receipt and I have to correct her before she screws the entire order up regardless!
