Worst Customer Service! Went here after work, around 6pm and just wanted to grab a few colds ones and kick back! From the time I walked in the bar there was no greating, or acknowledgment which I didn't mind at first. Now I'm at the bar and, and being completely ignored bar tender sers me doesn't say I'll be with you in a moment, nothing it was to the point another customer who had been there yelled out in my defense saying that I had been sitting there not being served, even that did not grab the attention of either bar tender, instead he walks dead in front of me grabs his phone opens up pictures and start discussing them with the fellow female bar tender. The other customer yells out again Hey this guy had been sitting there 15 mins and the male bar tender finally turns around and says what can I get you. I'm never the one to throw out the race card but it was more than obvious I was the only black customer in the bar at the time. It may or may not have been a race issue could have just been piss poor customer service I'm hoping for the latter. But it goes without saying I would never visit this establishment again sad part was I was there 3 weeks before and had a good time spent a lot of money on drinks but was a different bar tender and...

The nite I I went, unfortunately some people don't have decent decorum. I wanted to re-review. Other than the shady guy that keep grabbing my arm and telling me I will show you a good time.??? He is lucky that I did not react! Nice patio, I circled the room and had the pleasure of meeting a fellow patriot. Suggesting that last call not go one forever. I would have spent more but I was told no, I cannot leave my Credit " Card or open a tab....money liost? I understand that optic.. considering. Drinks are good, staff was somewhat polite. Awesome patio. 👌 I just @ 50 do not appreciate some of the clientele.... Soo since some people are hard to please, as to your replyto my review, second time is always a charm for me.. I came here last Saturday 12/14/2024 and I had a not so good experience. I went to the bar to get a drink and some of the bartenders aren't very friendly. I don't remember their names but it's two women, customer service should always be top notch. The only thing that I enjoyed was my friends and the DJ. The moment I walked in the vibes were amazing. The DJ played all kinds of music. I went to request a song and he played it right away.
