Update 2. 7, November 2025.
Folks. Since my Original Review. My Family and I have visited the Hyderabad House Fort Worth, Texas. ..... many Times. And I MUST say, they have Improved in many Avenues. Food Taste and Customization has improved, notably, Team Members are attentive and organized. We have been regularly Ordering Dishes like Nawabi Biryani, Chinese Fried Rice, Chicken Tikka Masala. And Owners + Employees have got their Act together.
Update 1. 0900 Hrs. 25, August 2025. Ms. Teju [ One of the Owners ] personally reached out to me on my Cell and acknowledged the Learning Process, Growing Pains and Lack of Team Member Communications. Assured me that this type of mistake shall NOT happen again. My thoughts .... it is a reflection of a Owner that cares about her Business, Her Customers. The Mistakes that happened yesterday may be a Exception, than a Norm.
Original Review. Today 24, August 2025. I placed a To Go Order for Big Bucket Vijaywada Chicken Biryani. Plus 1 Order for Chicken Tikka Masala. I arrived around 11.05 AM. They said it will take 15 minutes. At 11.35 I asked the Gal at the Cash Register to Check. She replied she will Check and Wandered Off, and never came back to update Me. So a few minutes later I saw a Slide Window Open and a Plastic Bag of Food was left on the Ledge by the Sliding Door. I waited a Few Minutes. And then approached the Gal at the Cash Register and Requested her to check the Name on the Bag of Food. Name on the Order was Kirti. Thus, my Order. In simple words the Gals at the Cash Register are all Spaced Out and have no Clue on what is going On. 2 Guys and 5 Gals. To the Management of Hyderabad House Fort Worth. Do not take this Review as Criticism. Take this Review as a Opportunity to Improve Communication between your Team Members and Customers. There should be only 1 person per Register attending to Customers, NOT Multiple Team Members Manning the Cash Registers. But my Observation is Mass Confusion and No proper Communication between Your Kitchen Team + Cash Register Team. The Gals at the Register never checked who the Order. Despite they seeing that a Order is left on the Ledge, by the Kitchen Team. If there is a definition of Mass Confusion : It is Hyderabad House. Fort...
Read moreDefinitely a Chaotic experience lol We've been to many Grand Opening wether it's on Land or at Sea on a cruise for a 1st sailing and this was interesting to say the least. The positive is that the two dishes we ordered were great. We tried the butter chicken and The chicken Fried rice both came out great. I wanted a specific biryani which I ordered alongside the other dishes and when the other food came out is when they told us they didn't have it...left me a little confused because they never came prior to advise of this and the rest of the food made it to the table. Once I told them we're just missing the biriyani that's when they told me they didn't have it. It is the first day so we gave them some grace of course. Service could definitely improve, Everyone is just running around trying to help wherever they can because of the Chaos. Atmosphere wise...it's NOISY as a fish market lol you definitely couldn't have a nice conversation in there on that day. The cleaning lady isn't helping either throwing the dishes in the cleaning bucket like frisbees. Like I said the food we received was good...and we are giving them some grace because it looks like they weren't fully prepared for this amount of chaos themselves. Next time we're craving some fried rice we will definitely order some take out from them. It's worth giving them a try but pack your patience. Things will definitely calm down in the next few weeks after the Grand Opening rush for sure. It's decorated beautifully and it has a lot...
Read moreI was excited for this to be the only Telugu restaurant in our area, and I waited six months for it to open. Unfortunately, after four separate visits, I have been consistently disappointed by the food quality, quantity, and price. Specific Issues Noticed Over 4 Visits: Biryani/Pulav Confusion (1st Visit): The server recommended I try one Biryani and one Pulav, but the rice in both dishes looked identical, suggesting they were not distinct preparations. Excessive Ingredients: The chicken masala had a very high amount of artificial food coloring, and several dishes were overloaded with butter. Poor Value & Quantity: The Stuffed Mirchi Bajji was $7 for only two small pieces. The Poori Bhaji was $14, yet the poori dish looked like papad bhaji and was small for the price. Chicken Pulav ($20): On my most recent visit, the Chicken Pulav was mostly bones with very little actual meat. Product Quality Control: On one occasion, the Chikoo Shake I bought tasted spoiledâa major concern for quality and freshness.6 or 7 $ drown the drain The overall taste, quality, and quantity do not justify the high prices. I truly hope the kitchen can address these issues and improve the quality of its authentic Telugu offerings. 5th visit dine in: potlam pulav is awesome! Rest of...
