I wish i could give this place a 0 star. My experience with this place was horrible . My husband and three kids came to this dominoes in hopes of enjoying some family time and a slice of pizza. When we got there my husband called them and ordered 2 midum pizzas and let them know what truck we were and that we would be waiting in the parking lot. The guy that my husband talked to said it would be 25 to 30 minutes. So we decided to go for icecrean and wait for.our pizza. A little time passed by and While sitting and waiting for our pizza we were watching others who just arrived and just ordered get pizzas and getting them brought to them before us all while one kid that works thier hit my truck with one of the 2 liter bottles. An hour passes and still no pizza. So my husband tries to call and see what was going on with our order? For the kiddos were getting antsy and terribly hungry. When the customer service guy finally picked up he put my husband on hold while walking around outside like he had nothing better to do and finally hung up. My husband tried to contact again and the guy chooses not to answer this time. I was so angry at this point that i just wanted to get my money and leave but the kiddoes. Way to drop the ball you all seen the lights on the truck on tight by the door. We will not be back to this place again. As our dog wont even...
Read moreAs Kelsee Ellis said, they lie to their application to make them seem faster than they are. Yesterday I placed an order on the app, drove to this store and waited in the parking lot for it to say the order is finished. At 5:17, it said it was ready for pickup.
When I walk in and say my name, they have no idea what I'm talking about. Some kiddo asks for my name, he looks around for my order but cannot find it. He looks rather sheepish and then asks for my name again, but I'm having to yell it because of the social distancing, and it's just not working out.
An older guy eventually comes from making pizza to rescue this guy, and he asks for an order number. But the pizza tracker app doesn't show an order number. He goes and looks for my order as well and at first, he cannot find it either. A few minutes later he goes "oh yeah, we just took it out the oven".
This is not the first time this has happened to me, and I suspect it will not be the last. Management at this store obviously supports lying on the app to make their times look better. So if you order for pick up, and it says your order is ready, give it another 10 minutes or so, because it's really not.
All that being said, the pizza is always consistently good, the people are friendly, however a little...
Read moreOk let me start by saying this, I don't know why or don't understand why people when it comes to costumer service have the need to lie without the facts. My wife ordered 4 pizzas online for pickup, 2 minutes after order was placed she gets a phone call saying that order would take about 45 minutes to an hour (we agreed to it) we arrived exactly an hour after the the phone call to find out that order was not ready (that's when a lady that was already there when I entered the restaurant "I didn't know she was an employee there") got involved in the conversation I had with the young guy that was helping me, right away she stated that she had called us at around 10:00am and pizza wasn't ready because they waited too long and the pizza was cold already and they needed more time to make a new order . Since I knew she was lying ,I pulled my phone out and showed her that the phone call was exactly and hour ago and she was not being honest in her story. Anyways I had wait another ten to fifteen minutes there for my order (which is not the young guy who helped me it's fault. What gets me is the fact the lady there who is about 55+years old liyin like a little 5 year old kid (what a shame). Any ways if you order from this place keep an eye on timing because she would lie...
