Jose’s Street Tacos: A Sizzling Symphony of Flavors! 🔥🌮 Jose’s Street Tacos food truck is a vibrant beacon of Mexican street food perfection that demands a stop if you’re lucky enough to spot it. This isn’t just a meal it’s a full-on fiesta for your senses, and Jose, the heart and soul behind it all, makes it unforgettable with his infectious warmth and passion. From the second I rolled up, Jose’s genuine smile and welcoming vibe made me feel like family. He’s not just running a food truck; he’s crafting an experience, chatting about his recipes with pride and tossing in a complimentary taco just to spread the joy. His kindness is the secret sauce that elevates every bite. The tacos? Absolute fire. I dove into the carne asada, and it was a game changer tender, smoky steak grilled to perfection, nestled in warm, handcrafted corn tortillas with a hint of char. Topped with crisp cilantro, onions, and a bright squeeze of lime, each bite was a burst of bold, authentic flavor. The salsa bar is next-level, with a fiery red salsa that brings the heat and a creamy avocado salsa so good I could’ve sipped it straight. The al pastor was equally mind blowing, with juicy pork, a touch of sweet pineapple, and that classic street-style zing that transports you to a bustling Mexican plaza. The portions are hearty, the ingredients fresh, and the value unbeatable for the quality. Every taco is a love letter to tradition, made with care and precision. The truck itself is immaculate, the service lightning-fast, and Jose keeps the line moving without sacrificing a single ounce of charm. Whether you’re a taco fanatic or just craving something soul-warming, Jose’s Street Tacos delivers on every front. It’s more than food it’s a celebration of culture and community, served with a side of heart. I’m already plotting my next visit to chase that taco high again. Jose, you’re a true maestro!...
Read moreBack story... My husband and I have differing schedules, so on Tuesdays (he's off, I'm not), we go for taco Tuesday lunch date. We decided on Jose's because we've driven by a few times and always mentioned it. I ordered one of each taco (except Tripa... I'm just not that brave, sorry). Otherwise, some pros and cons from my personal experience:
The meats were all so flavorful and bold, except for the carnitas. Maybe it was because I ate it last, maybe something else, but it didn't have the strong bold flavors the others did. I'd try just a little more salt or a pinch of finishing salt after the taco is made. Other meats were spot on!!! It's not a deal breaker or even really a con, just unexpected... we weren't expecting the salsa to already be on there. While delicious, it did make it just a bit soggy by the time we got home. The only thing is, now we know and would ask for salsa on the side next time.
These are just my personal opinions on it. I recommend trying the food for yourself, because it was delicious and had some well-built flavor combinations and we did really enjoy it!!! The icing (if you will) was a delicious bite-sized cookie. I think it was dulce de Leche flavor, but I could be mistaken. It was a very nice touch and finished the meal well! Set them apart in that respect too. I'd buy a bag of those cookies and gain 20 lbs for...
Read more5/5 stars is not an exaggeration. Went there for the first time today, tried the Carne Asada Especial burrito x2. Loved the burrito contents and taste. Meet was of good quality and fantastic taste / cooking / seasoning. Green chile salsa that came with the burrito was delicious(!!), along with their chips in the tray— which was a nice little surprise. Excellent service, super speedy, neat, and food was well made and well assembled. Provided all utensils and peripherals needed to eat, including little candies. Lucked out and was offered a free drink. Location is convenient near the gas station for takeaway, with convenient entry, exit, and parking. We will be going there again, and this will be in the regular...
