Came during the lunch rush on their opening day on Monday, May 8, 2023.

The first thing that struck me about their tea was the taste: it was fantastic. There are some other boba places nearby and those other store's teas taste soapy. I ordered the mango tea with the mango popping boba and my kiddo got the the passionfruit tea with strawberry & mango popping boba. The boba portions were generous.

The only error I had was one of the drinks I ordered didn't have the popping boba. But, like I said, it was their first day during the lunch rush. I was still very happy with the flavor of the tea.

I appreciated the stools and counter to sit at while waiting for my drinks. The place is very clean and bright.

The first week, drinks were half-off. That made it very affordable. Otherwise, I would say the pricing is about the same for other boba stores in the area.

Wonderful spot, delicious boba tea and bubble waffles, and friendly staff! The first time I came in Duke was working. It was a colder rainy day and he hadn't been very busy. We chatted as he made the drinks and he told me that if I didn't like the drink he would make me anything else I wanted! It was delicious so no need there! I went in again today and Duke was there again. I ordered a couple drinks and a bubble waffle. He didn't like how the first waffle turned out/looked, so he made another free of charge and told me to keep the first one. Incredible customer service! I can tell he cares alot about his customers. Top and best local tea near denver! I a head injury, I cannot taste or smell, but they’re Okinawa tea is by far my most favorite tea ever and I say that because it’s the only tea in Colorado that I am able to somewhat sense a smell ! I love the space. I love the desserts, I get so much work done there next to my shop. It’s incredible.
