From the moment I walked in, I felt like I had entered some kind of glamorous paradise where fun, charm, and class reign supreme. The atmosphere is electric yet cozy—dimmed lights, polished lanes, and just the right amount of buzz in the air.

But the true star of this venue? The bartender. Some guy named Markus I think? Oh. My. Goodness. Hands down, the most radiant, effortlessly magnetic person I’ve ever met behind a bar. It’s like he was handcrafted by the universe to make your night unforgettable. Not only is he drop-dead gorgeous, with a smile that could light up the entire city, but his kindness and attentiveness make you feel like the most important person in the room.

Every drink he made is a masterpiece (try the lemon drop)—crafted with such precision and flair that I’m convinced they must have some kind of mixology superpowers. Plus,he has this uncanny ability to anticipate what you’re in the mood for, offering spot-on suggestions that never miss the mark. It’s pure wizardry.

Honestly, this bartender isn’t just a bartender; they’re an experience. Me and my father always eat together whenever we go out. So we decided to eat at this place together and to be honest I gotta give some credit to this place the view and the scenery around the area is amazing. But we had several issues with the place. 1: the place was very unsanitary, there were flies everywhere, especially around our food as soon as we put it down. a fly even got on a corn cob so we had to throw it away

2: The food was very dry, I took a bite of the burger and it wasnt visually appealing at first but I gave it a try for a bit of sympathy. Not a very good impression of the burgers here. My father wanted to eat it, since he didnt like the food that he ordered, so when I gave it to him he said that it was " Ok" but then a few minutes after he ate burger. He had major stomach problems and got sick right after he ate burger. And that itself gives me another reason why this place is very unclean.

Last year I reserved a spot for our family to bowl on New Year’s Eve but was told when we arrived that our tickets weren’t actual tickets. This year I was careful to ensure that I had tickets. I was sent the tickets by email but was told again upon arrival that I didn’t actually have bowling tickets. Their website is NOT user friendly and was very misleading. Apparently I simply bought tickets to get in the door and NOT to bowl. The owner said they were sold out for bowling and said he could not refund my money as I had purchased the tickets through Eventbrite (though Eventbrite is who they use on their website.) Eventbrite says the organizer is the one responsible for the refund and that the organizer is Snowbowl! Hoping the owner will do the right thing and refund our family’s money while also fixing their website ticketing for New Year’s Eve.
