The Cougar Den is a total gem in the small town of Burlington. It’s got arcade games, pool tables, and enough entertainment to keep everyone happy — whether you’re feeling competitive or just want to kick back. The food was so good. The pizza was cheesy perfection, the artichoke dip was dangerously addictive, and the burgers were the kind you think about days later. And the desserts? Next level. The shakes, malts, and sundaes were all amazing — but the ice cream nachos stole the show. Whoever invented those deserves a medal. The staff were awesome too — super friendly, fast, and clearly love what they do. All in all, The Cougar Den is the kind of place that makes you glad small towns still know how to do it right. Five stars, easy.

This looks like a bar turned family hang out, they don’t serve alcohol and the pizza wasn’t anything special. The ice cream was good. It’s a help yourself kind of set up, more like fast food. They have pool tables, ski ball and a few arcade games my kids enjoyed. Probably an awesome hangout for teens!

Food was very good. A little mishap on my pizza but instantly made it right even though I told them it wasn't a big deal. First time here. Would come back again.

Found our way here looking for food while traveling across the country on a big road trip. Came in for the smash burgers specifically and were not disappointed. My husband and I both agreed they were some of the best we’ve had. The patties were lacy and juicy. We also got the onion ring basket that had a pile of fries under the onion rings and they were both delicious and the serving size was not small. We couldn’t finish a single basket between the two of us with those burgers. If we lived nearby we’d be back all the time. The place was super cute, had pool tables, and other arcade games. If you’re driving through we can’t recommend them enough. It’s also family friendly for those of you traveling with kids...

The burgers and pizza were great! My only complaint is that the onion ring basket was a total rip-off. I bought the $8 basket thinking there would be enough onion rings to share with our table of 8. But the only ended up being 6 onion rings in the basket with a pile of fries hidden beneath them just to make it look like there was more in the basket, which seems quite deceptive. To add insult to injury, the fries in the bottom were mainly just a bunch of burnt end pieces that weren't even edible. When I complained to the staff, they just said "sorry, that's the way it is" and didn't offer any means of...
