The Blend — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Drinks: This place was really good; I wish I could stay and try everything else. I had an iced Thai Tea and while very sweet it wasn't as sweet as some restaurants do it (a very good thing in my book!) My dad had a cappuccino and normally adds sugar, but noticed he didn't need to add any sugar this time, because it tasted good already. I wish I could have tried their chai, I feel like I always get a good understanding of a cafe by their chai.

Other things: They are cash only. The service was very very good! The place is small but very comfy. There is outdoor seating too. It's definitely a good place to take things to go.

I travel pretty frequently from Kansas City to Colorado and I am so glad I discovered about the blend. There coffee here is amazing! I love their caramel macchiato‘s, the milk ratio is perfect. Also they don’t put a lot of ice in their drinks, you get what you paid for like for real. For instance at Starbucks they pour in TOO much milk that my drink tastes more like milk not coffee. Also their pastries are SO good. If they were located in KC I would become here at least 3x a week. I recommend this shop to everyone and you will not regret coming and trying this cute place out. Wonderful cafe that feels like a living room with a coffee bar. The owner is so nice! Seems like there’s lots of local traffic and met some nice folks that way too. It was neat to hear about the community.

The cafe is small but cozy. There are couches with cool books about Colorado surrounded by lovely twinkle lights; there’s also a table and counter to sit at. My latte was great and I had an awesome blueberry scone too. A great place to stop and...
