Everything is put together here with a lot of intention and thoughtfulness.

Pastries: The cream cheese blueberry squares we got had beautiful texture and lamination (the sign of professional baking). The pumpkin donut was a fluffy cake donut that was also top notch.

Coffee: They have the only self-serve coffee bar in town (since Kind Coffee closed theirs during COVID and never brought it back). Today they only had light and dark roasts, but they are offering medium roast as well tomorrow. They have eco friendly cups and stevia on the coffee bar 🤙

Overall: not only were we impressed with the food and coffee, they also have a quiet back room (blue paint, wood carved tables, and cushioned seating, not pictured) that was great for a calm experience. Lastly, the management was super receptive to feedback and you can tell they want to keep making this place even better. We...

The Spice Rack may not be the biggest bakery, but its carefully curated selection delivers on quality. We tried six different items, and every single one met the high standards of this home baker.

The Highlights: 🥓 Maple Bacon Pastry – Absolute perfection. The shatteringly crisp crunch (ASMR-worthy!) with that sweet-salty-maple magic has me still trying to reverse-engineer their technique. A maple syrup wash? Whatever it is, it’s genius. 🍞 Cinnamon Sugar Twist – My husband’s favorite, with perfectly balanced spice. Soft and comforting.

Why It Stands Out: ✓ Flawless execution – The proof, bake, and textures were all on point ✓ Unique offerings alongside classics ✓ Just the right size selection – no filler, all quality

Final Thought: If you’re anywhere near Estes Park, do not miss this bakery. That maple bacon pastry alone is...

Seems to be a strange business model here. Everyone was trying to figure out how to order food and/or coffee and asking other folks waiting. Then you have the customers (no) service. Seems folks are confusing curtness with courtesy. Starting with the young lady taking food & drink orders and topped off by the feller who seemed to care less that they had run out of coffee. He told me to just take some of the other, Mexican coffee. After having great experience at other local shops on this visit I don’t understand how this business plans for this to make...

Limited photo of the MOST delicious pastry ever because we ate it so fast - maple bacon croissant twist. The dough is coated in maple syrup and the thick cut bacon is perfectly cooked and also coated with the REAL maple syrup. Unreal. Such a cute spot with tons of indoor seating to sit for a while. Coffee is great. The folks working are genuinely friendly and happy to see you. The interior is so stylish which isn’t a must for me but definitely a plus.
