I’m afraid to try this place now with all of the comments about the person taking the orders has a nasty attitude and the order is being made wrong. I will definitely say something if I have someone that is nasty taking my order that’s absolutely unacceptable!! and this is extremely a huge turn off and making me not even want to try this place because when you see that many of the same issues and it sounds like the manager has done nothing to change that then that’s very very eye catching to someone who’s never been here and who wanted to try really bad. Sadly these reviews will make someone not even wanna go here. ( i’m someone who needs to get decaf options and it sounded like you guys have everything available that is a normal iced coffee that I can do with decaf and I really really wanted to try this place but I’m afraid that I would have the same experience as others and I’m not one to Just be taken advantage of that way I’ve worked in the customer service for almost 20 years now and that is the biggest thing. First time I was here they put more sugar syrup than I'd asked for in my iced latte, so I asked them to remake it, which they did sloppily with more ice and less espresso than there should have been. Came here tonight, told them no sugar, light ice. The girl who took my order said they had to put sugar in my drink. When I asked why I couldn't order a latte without sugar she couldn't come up with a reason. Finally, a male employee interjected and told her they could prepare my drink without sugar. The rudest person though was the one preparing the drinks, young heavyset female with voluminous hair, who had the nerve to tell the girl who took my order if I wanted light ice next time I would have to pay a dollar extra. Why? The receipt shows "lite ice" without extra charge. But she tried to ignore what was on the receipt and fill the cup more than halfway with ice. Read moreTook me awhile to finally decide to write this review but I felt it was necessary. Outside of their really good Energy drinks, this specific location I’ve had a some negative interactions with the same employee every time I am there. The first issue I had was they were zig zagging lanes to take orders, she skipped over me and I didn’t get my order taken until I got to the front. There was no apology or anything from the staff which caused mine and everyone else’s order to be delayed.
The second time, I took my wife and the same employee took my order and during our whole interaction, she made it seem like it was such a burden that my wife had questions about the menu. She also did not have a welcoming demeanor at all and acted like she didn’t wanna be there.
Overall, I think she needs some retraining on her customer service or needs to find somewhere else to work.
Because everyone else on the staff is great and 7 brew is way better than Dutch bros, I will still be coming back but that specific...
