Jade Garden — Restaurant in Four Corners

If it was up to me, I’d give this place ZERO STARS. As usual, I ordered my Hunan chicken. Once I got home, I realized that it was all put in one box (rice and hunan). At this point I didn’t mind. I began eating and realized there was sausage in my food. That was unacceptable as I am allergic to red meat. Thus, I called the restaurant and requested to speak with the manager, who told me he can replace the order for me but I had to take it back to the store ( which I didn’t mind) and then he proceeds to say there was $4 difference for the dinner special. At this point I was shocked, speechless, and disappointed. He didn’t care about the fact that I was already going to be wasting my gas and time to get the new order and was still rude and inconsiderate. I'm out of town and I used door dash and as always that delivery service always represents no matter where you are... But I don't recommend this place through third party . I was missing a item and the gravy Container for my egg foo young was damaged. They gave me 2 pieces of broccoli in my general tso chicken,really and I noted to add broccoli so clearly they knew I wanted more than 2 branches.. I truly can't comprehend the negative reviews of Jade Garden. These reviewers must not have tried all of the other Chinese places in the Chamionsgate area (all of which are truly awful) or perhaps they are too perfectionistic. Jade Garden is wonderful and was such a blessing for me, having lived in Championsgate for two years but never being able to order Chinese before Jade Garden came around due to the poor quality of the other aforementioned Chinese places in the area. I am so sad to have moved a bit further away as I will not be able to enjoy Jade Garden as frequently as I have since they opened.
