Bamboo Garden Chinese Food — Restaurant in Four Corners

3.5 stars for the food, 1 star for the customer service. The first time I tried to place my order, the woman hung up on me without even asking if I was finished. I called back to make sure she got the whole order and she acted as if I asked her to recite the entire menu. When I picked up the order, she didn't say a single word and looked as miserable as she sounded on the phone. Then she watched me like a criminal when I was at the sauce kiosk... The food wasn't too bad, typical American fast food Chinese. Don't order the crab rangoon though - it's just sweet cream cheese in wonton wrappers, there's no crab. BBQ spare ribs were the best batch I've had in FL, all other food was average. We eat Chinese take-out maybe once every 2 years, so it's no big deal, but I wouldn't visit any restaurant that's annoyed to have me as a customer, so we'll look...

My family and I have ordered take out from this so called restaurant three times. We should have learned from our first experience but we thought ,let's give them another try. What a mistake that was. Sorry to say the food is not good, at all. It was either undercooked , cold or just didn't taste right. When we called to let them know the only two things they could say were bring it back, which I was not driving back after getting home , and you never complained before because we recorded you. WELL REALLY! You recorded me. Under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (RIPA), it is not illegal for individuals to tape conversations provided the recording is for their own use. ... I tried this for the first time since we were in the area. It is fantastic! We moved from PA and the closest I could find to Chinese from there is the Yak and Yeti fried rice and the noodles in China at Epcot. Everywhere else has yellow rice (yuck) with a ton of peas and carrots. This is spot on! I got the shrimp fried rice, which had a lot of shrimp and the rice was dark (not light) with just the right amount of peas and carrots as well as some onion. I also got the regular, plain lo mein just to see how it tasted. Again, perfect! This is my one and only Chinese restaurant now! Can't wait to try other menu items. The service was excellent as well.
