Ok this is a 100% honest to god review and let’s just say my experience wasn’t the best i came here with my family everything was going perfect until I looked at the time we were waiting longer than usual keep in mind me and my family were vacationing Orlando and we just wanted to have a nice time but minutes turned into hours we were waiting so long when the waitress came over we told her it’s been half an hour but she said “oh no no it’s only been 30 minutes “ I looked at her like what are you talking about i had a conversation with my friend on the phone when we came in and when I looked at my phone it showed it’s been one and a half hours after we waved our hand then they noticed us it was as if they were ignoring us for some reason and on top of that they sated us way in the back my sons and my wife was infuriated by there actions after the second hour they brought our food and the waitress smiled like she had no clue or any idea how infuriating it was at one point my son told me he wanted to leave because he was so hungry and frustrated all in all I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS restaurant even to my closest enemy me and my family felt horrible waiting hours on end for the food but eventually we did receive the food it was ok nothing to special keep in mind I also had my youngest son who is a toddler if you have a child DONT COME to this place this is an honest review it wasn’t made up if so for what reason I have nothing against this restaurant or their owners but I can assure you I will never come here ever again you can use what I said in your context this is all my opinion this is as I said an honest to god review I’ll...

According to my experience in the place.

I went to my mailbox and saw the menu of this restaurant. I found it very attractive and decided to visit it. The place is a very elegant and well decorated, good music and good service in terms of customer service.

As for the food I have another opinion about it. I'll start with the soup. I ordered a wonton soup which I was tasteless , the worst soup I have eaten in an oriental place. Order 3 sushi rolls; Spicy tuna (I always ask for it in all sushi restaurants) skin salmon and the eel roll.

The spicy tuna had an old flavor and like the other rolls they need to work the way they do the roll, since it was in very bad condition. The ugliest rolls I've seen.

The salmon skim was epic, it took almost 20 minutes to bring the order and they said it was because they were waiting for the skin of the salmon to be crispy. When I tried it, it did not taste like salmon skin. They had cooked it so much that it lost its flavor and the food was absurd. The eel roll ..... I do not know what it was but I never go up to eel.

We were just passing through and decided to stop by because of the good reviews. However, when we walked in, we noticed Christmas decorations all over the place — faded and bleached by the sun… in March. Not a huge deal, but in hindsight, it should’ve been a red flag that they’re not keeping up with the place.

Customer service is a big deal for me, and at the very least, I expect a smile and a greeting at the door. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. It took forever for someone to even take our drink order, and they only had fountain tea — no brewed tea. Not a dealbreaker, but still disappointing.

The real issue, though, was cleanliness. The place just wasn’t clean — and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. My shoes were sticking to the floor, and there was visible residue and grime all over the walls, sink, and floor. Honestly, I felt dirty walking out.

To top it off, they automatically added an 18% tip to our bill — even though we were just a family of five, not a large party.

With poor service, mediocre food, and a seriously neglected space, we won’t be coming back. Definitely not...
