Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

I stopped at this Wawa today at 6:40 AM on a Friday three of the six new coffee machines were not working. Two of the three working machines were in the middle of some brewing/wait a moment cycle and the third one of some blueberry cobbler coffee I did not want. There were four people standing in line to get hot coffee, so I decided I’ll go get iced coffee so walk over to the iced coffee machine I get my cup put it under the thing pull the handle about 2 ounces comes out and it stops it’s empty so I throw it in the trash. so I guess I’m gonna get canned coffee today I walk over I find a canned coffee that I like and then I walk to the register to get my breakfast sandwich. There is nothing zero not a single item on either of the hot trays for ready to go sandwiches so I put my canned coffee back and I left, and did not buy anything. Let me preface this by saying, I love Wawa and this location is usually great when I order from it in person. But every time I order delivery they mess something up. Usually, like the most recent incident today, they put spring mix in my salad when I ordered romaine and spinach. I can understand if maybe they don't have enough of one, but why not just fill the bowl with the other one, I literally ordered two different types of greens and you decided to put a third one in there. I CANNIT eat the purple cabbage bits in Spring Mix so I have to put them aside so I don't gag. This has happened on more than one occasion. First and foremost when paying with my ebt card the lady at the cash register was really going back and forth with me about how much money I have in MY card which is kind of ridiculous because you aren’t supposed to argue with any customer in the first place. Secondly this poor girl was making the 5 sandwiches I ordered ALONE and I had to wait for every one who ordered after me because she couldn’t do it alone obviously with all the orders she had !
