Dunkin' — Restaurant in Foxborough

I’ve seen these young girls who work afternoons not pay attention to customers, give away free food to their friends all dumb things I don’t care about but it’s annoying. Went through drive thru and my coffee was made wrong, not a big deal. Turned around and went back to get it remade. These young girls who work there are no where to be found but yet have a store with 5 teens in it. All probably eating free food. I wait a couple minutes then say “hello?” Some big broad who clearly doesn’t work there but yet is taking up all of the counter space by laying over it tells me “oh, they’re in the bathroom.” Ummm what? Where they do that at? This store is a joke and I hope the management catches on, watches the tapes and fires...

I love DD ever since I was little & they were coffee & fresh made donuts. Every Sunday after Mass, Dad brought us to DD for a dozen donuts, we all had our favorites! This morning I lucked out, I had $10 on my Online DD Perks card, great because I left my wallet at home!!! Just wish donuts were made fresh & in house, nit necessaryto have as many varieties. The music is so loud and the employees feel its okay to take personal calls and talk at the top of their lungs to make it impossible to have a meeting, take a call or work while enjoying coffee. I don't feel the need to know about others personal issues... There needs to be some boundaries and understand that work and personal time need separation.
