Lots to complain about here. I'll try to make it as precise as possible.
Don't relate the place to Bombay. None of the food is close to Mumbai food. Period.
If you want wada Pav's, removed out of the fridge and served, then this is the place, go for it. We got haldiram ready to go for frozen food. Remember?
All the veggie items will taste the same. Try ordering a veggie Panini, a veggie wrap , or a chili cheese toast. Same mixture and chutneys used.
Most of the items people wanted were not available. Does that equate to that they are in demand? No they were just not prepared or stocked. Also How can someone run out of Chai!
Do not bother packing the food. If you plan to eat it the next day, there is no ways you will be able to heat the wada Pav's or paninis. The bread become chewy.

Read moreI can only say that this is a disgrace to Mumbai street food. If you want to showcase (previously Bombay, now Mumbai) Mumbai's food, culture, and authenticity, a basic understanding of the cuisine is a must. Just ask or add to the description to save regret on having ordered and expected something 1% similar to the original. Sorry to say, but for now, this franchise feels less like a celebration of Bombay street food and cuisine and more like a careless attempt to profit...

Their pastries are all eggless and def tasted good. Chocolate, mango, pineapple, strawberry and Tiramisu are what we tried. Not going to get Tiramisu ever again but rest of them are on point.
There is indoor seating and a very casual atmosphere. Yes to limited...
