Usally my orders are correct and crew are super helpful and friendly. The one star for this visit. Yesterday I came in at around 5:45pm I placed a mobile order. I went inside to get my items. They were only two Icustomers waiting. There must have been eight employees. And i'm not sure who the manager was Because they was in the back. My items were correct that is not the issue. The issue was there was a new girl training to make the drinks. There were 4 people Doing the drive thru laughing and giggling, But working. This poor girl in front counter was so nice but nobody was helping her. When she turned to ask for help the crew all looked upset. How Do I make this? When you train someone new You should have someone with them at all times that goes for any job especially if it's their first few days. Whoever the manager was yesterday clearly didn't care that there was a new girl who needed help. The other employees were not helpful at only when the line got bigger. Did they come up out of the drive thru and start making drinks and food. Sure the wait time was a little longer 20 mins for my mobile order. I understand about the coffe and fast food service because I work at our local fast food chain as a manager. And I never would ever leave someone that's brand new alone to fend for themselves. Especially with making all these coffees they're not cheap coffee is they're very expensive. So please be kind to your employees train them properly. The lady (alone) was asking for "2 ounces" of additional steamed milk with a latte. This request was used as the basis for the manager to control the customer, lying that "we can't make that small amount". She was treating this customer like dirt and enjoyed this. Customer finally reacted calling the manager a name (which we actually agree with), then "manager" threatened the customer with the police.

The management team strongly needs to better train their staff on situational awareness and multitasking to ensure each order is made correctly. The reason I left a 2 star review is because my order is almost always wrong or missing something every other day. I work in Framingham and this is obviously my only go to Starbucks and it's just really disappointing that the team messes up numerous orders constantly. Now trust me I know Starbucks is an extremely busy chain with hundreds of orders an hour. But it's still no excuse to the staff. Either hire more diligent people or train them to have a more concrete work ethic and focus better at the tasks they are doing.
