Marao Burgers — Restaurant in Framingham

The food did not disappoint. Loved the potato sticks and corn on the x burger. The x steak tips was also good. The green sauce is very tasty especially with fries. The price felt high for the quality of the food but I'd pay it again.

However, We picked up our food at the Framingham location. Unlike some reviews, the staff wasn't rude which was a plus. But there was a drunk guy playing an accordian who clearly knew owner or manager and was allowed to do so. He didn't really play songs just kinda riffed for a few seconds then he'd stop mainly because his pants kept falling down. The place is small so there's no way to have a conversation when he's playing and if you have sensitive hearing you will feel very uncomfortable. Clearly only one staff member was ok with him being there, the rest he harassed. I felt bad for the staff cause it was clear they couldn't tell him to leave. We took our food ultimately because we couldn't eat comfortably.

It's frustrating because the food is good and I'm hesitant to order delivery due to other reviews and the distance between my house and the restaurant. But I would never want to eat in the place due to the atmosphere.

Updated/Edited on 8/11/22 I got a steak and cheese sub based on a review I saw on google. The sub had the potential to be the best I’ve ever had, but it was incredibly salty. It was juicy and flavorful, but it also tasted like someone accidentally was SUPER heavy-handed with the salt and didn’t taste test before selling the food. Needless to say, the food was inedible and I threw it away. I would try this place again just Incase the heavy salt was an accident.

Update: came here for a second time and was unimpressed. This time I tried the Brazilian burger and a large fry. $22 for the burger and fries and it was not fulfilling. The patty, bread, and filling ratio on the burger was awkward. Patty was flat and a little dry. The fries were comparable to something you’d get from a New York Fried chicken spot. Food as always are amazing, delicious and tasty. No complaints what so ever. The attendant who took my order this evening was polite, patient and welcoming us with a smile even with the busywork environment, time management and quality being a very important factor to be met.

(𝙰𝚝𝚖𝚘𝚜𝚙𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚎) If I could, I would suggest a better and more efficient way to organize the customers traffic and in /out delivering. We are lost by who’s just sitting or ordering or just there picking up. But it does not mean the customer service being excellent and or the quality of the foods, etc....
