Pão Brasil Bakery — Restaurant in Framingham

If I could I would give 0 Star. This bakery / restaurant was one of my favorites but a year ago the service has been terrible. Just today I placed an order with the employee named Pablo. I repeated the order twice and asked him to tell me the order to make sure that he had written everything down as it was a big order for several people. I drove 15 minutes to get the order and confirmed with them on the spot but when I got back home it was completely wrong and missing several products. Not to mention that the attendant did not even offer a bag to carry the goods. They were giving me the paper bags with the orders. I had to request a bag to place my merchandise. After calling the bakery the person who answer the phone confirmed with Pablo who sounded like was standing right next to him as I could hear him talking to Pablo and he repeated the order that I made but not being the order received. To make matters worse, the attendant hung up the phone as i was speaking to him, i immediately redialed and the call was not answered. It's been 2 hours and no one answers the phone when I call and has yet to return my call. I am very disappointed with the service. We all work hard to get our money and we should treat everyone with respect. I don't recommend this bakery anymore.

Se eu pudesse daria 0 Star. Essa padaria/restaurante era uma das minhas preferidas porem ha um ano atras o atendimento tem sido pessimo. Hoje mesmo eu fiz um pedido com o funcionario chamado Pablo. Repeti o pedido duas vezes e pedi para ele me falar o pedido para ter a certeza que tinha anotado tudo certo ja que era uma ordem grande para varias pessoas.Ao chegar para pegar a minha ordem ja paga pelo telefone pois esse lugar nao aceita pedido pelo telefone sem ser pago. Eu dirigi 15 minutos pra bsucar a ordem e confirmei com eles no local mais quando cheguei de volta em casa estava totalmente errada e faltando varios productos. Sem contar que o atendende nem ofereceu uma bolsa para carregar a mercadoria. Eles estavam me dando as sacolas de papel com os pedidos. Eu tive que pedir uma bolsa para colocar a minha mercadoria. Ao ligar para a padaria o funcionario foi muito anti proficional eu pude ouvir ele conversando com o Pablo e pude ouvir ele repetindo a ordem que eu fiz porem nao sendo a ordem recebida. Para piorar o atendente desligou o telefone na minha cara e nao atendeu o telefone por horas. ja se passaram 2 horas e ninguem atende o telefone quando eu ligo e nao me retornarao a minha ligacao. Eu estou muito decepcionada com o atendimento. Todos nos trabalhamos muito para ter o nosso dinheiro e devemos tratar a todos com respeito. Nao recomendo mais...

Unfortunately I have not had a good experience at this location. When I asked for the man to cut a meat I wanted him refuse, claiming that the meat was rare!

1 - Who decides the point of the meat you are going to eat?

2 - Is the employee there to question the client's personal taste or simply cut the meat?

3 - The function of the manager is solve the problem?

In addition to the man treat me poorly, even so I talking to a teenager who is as a manager and, unfortunately, him does not even know what he is doing there, him did not take any action and did not to solve the problem!

I’ll never return to this place and it is the same as everyone who has bad experiences like this need to do, these people need to understand that, without the customer does not exist their business!

Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência neste local. Quando pedi ao churrasqueiro para cortar uma carne que eu queria o mesmo se recusou alegando que a carne estava mal passada!

1 - Quem decide o ponto da carne que vou comer?

2 - O funcionário está lá para questionar o gosto pessoal do cliente ou para simplesmente cortar a carne?

3 - Quando você recorre ao gerente o papel dele não seria resolver?

Alem de ser mal tratado pelo churrasqueiro ainda tive que conversar com um adolescente que está como gerente e infelizmente não sabe nem oque está fazendo no local, não tomou nenhuma atitude e não solucionou o problema!

Nunca mais voltou a este local e é o mesmo que todos que tiverem algum tipo de experiência negativa deveriam fazer, só assim estas pessoas irão entender que sem cliente não...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pão Brasil Bakery, and I can confidently say that the experience was nothing short of remarkable. The food is absolutely delicious—authentic, juicy, fresh, and well-cooked. Every bite was mouth-watering, leaving me craving more.

The atmosphere is wonderfully chill and relaxing, with a vibrant buzz of background noise that creates a fun environment for chatting with friends about anything and everything. I truly felt at home.

Additionally, the pricing is extremely reasonable, especially considering the quality of the dishes. After indulging in this nourishing and satisfying food, I felt as if my heart had been reborn. I can't wait to return!

In fact, I’m tempted to redirect the funds I had set aside for airfare to Brazil and instead regularly indulge in the culinary delights at this amazing bakery. Why take a long flight only to endure subpar American airplane food before being pleasantly culture shocked in Brazil when I can enjoy the flavors of Brazil and immerse myself in its culture right here?
