Dimitri Best Food Frankfort — Restaurant in Frankfort Square

UPDATE: ordered here today and spent over $40. The food was so mediocre. It was really a sad experience. They also forgot items. The hot dog buns were almost burnt. The cheese fries had a pretty gross amount of cheese them. The mozz stix weren't melted. The chicken tenders were rubbery. It was almost like I ordered from a different place. The food here had always been so good. :/

I've ordered here before, but today's experience warranted a review. Not only are they my favorite gyros in the area, but the customer service is exemplary. We ordered using DoorDash and they missed part of the order. I normally just put through on the app that an item wasn't received for a credit, but today I decided to give a call in to the restaurant. They went above and beyond just sending us the missed item, they gave us so much extra food and sauce! I really didn't expect that, and it is so rare to find this type of customer service anymore, so i feel this establishement deserves the recognition. Thank...

The older gentleman was extremely sweet!, seemed very happy and bubbly. When we went to pick up our food he made sure to ask if there was anything else we needed and asked if we would like some sodas since we didn't get anything to drink. After pulling off we decided to come back shortly after to get the two fish and shrimp combo (which was AMAZINGGGGG, The fish felt and tasted fresh with a nice flavor, it wasn't oily nor dried out but extremely crunchy) When we pulled up to the drive thru the second time, he seemed so happy and joked around with us :) and gave us two pops while we waited for our order, when he brought the food back out he asked if we would look anything else and gave us another two sodas for free. Such wonderful customer service! Which is so nice to see now a days (: I HIGHLY recommend...

10/10!! For a place that doesn’t specialize in wings, these were really freaking good. Crispy to perfection. They separated and put the sauce only on the fries as requested too 🥹.. asked for sauce on the side for the wings and not only did they oblige but gave me multiple! The sauce is smoky, tangy, and sweet, I like it. And the service? Top tier! I didn’t wait long and the wings were fresh! They were very friendly, both gentleman who helped me. And thank you for the drink! ❤️ (Now, I pride myself in being honest and transparent in reviews, but I say this with love..
