While traveling on business in Illinois we got off highway 80 Harlem Ave and found this quite little charming pizza spot. After losing at Rock Paper Scissors I was the one who had to go in and order. So I walked in and this lady just morphed out of literally nowhere from a smoke bomb dressed like a Ninja. After gaining my composure from the straight awesomness (That is now a word) the super cool ninja lady told me she was Claudia the Gatekeeper of The Ninjeti Pizza Scrolls. After reading the Ninjeti Scrolls menu Claudia helped navigate me to the Large Ninja Peperoni Pizza. I was skeptical and wanted to know why is this called Ninja Pizza? Claudia did a clone Jitsu and they all said together, "Ninja Pizza is Pizza that disappears quickly and without a trace". I had I'll take that. Then this John Cena looking guy in the back started doing back flips and dolphin divers while making my pizza! It was so cool! He threw the dough to the other Thor looking Ninja Chris who broke all the laws of gravity with his mind. In mid air Chris started layering my pizza! With my mouth laying on the floor and my eyes as wide as fallen angel UAVs I tried to take in the show. These guys then took out there samauri swords and perfectly sliced my pizza in the air before it perfectly landed in the box. Claudia and the rest of the Ninja pizza staff bowed and said your feast is ready. They were so sneaky sneaky they had already placed it in my car! Chris make a slice of pizza into the shape of a shuriken and ninja curved it at me! I jumped up and caught the slice! The cheese was melted to perfection, the thin crispy crust made me want to melt like the cheese. The seasoning grabs you. The sauce is robust. Oh my Lord Pizza Pete just makes you want to stand up and give the good Lord a standing ovation like WHEEWOOOOO!!!! I'll be back. Shoot my sponsored skydiving Corona team guys are gonna start coming. Don't go up on the prices or change the size of the pizzas and you will have customers for life! They clearly only hire super heroes for this job. Makes sense it's Veteran Owned and Operated. Cheers Boys! Thanks for the good pies!...

With family heading in from Michigan they remember how we were raised on this pizza and they know what it's supposed to taste like. It received 5 STARS and would have been more if possible from everyone. They listen, they do things the way you ask them to, they don't GOUGE you on the price when you ask for a little "extra" and everyone from the cooks, to order clerks, to the delivery drivers are top notch!
If you need a REAL THIN CRUST pizza this is your go to place! And I remember from 40 yrs ago just how good the "Double Deckers" and sandwiches are from there.! As a kid we used to love when the coupon guy would leave coupons in the railings of your house for a "LIL PETE"..Whatever way you get it , you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Great job by all at the Pizza Pete in Frankfort. No excuses. You've got one close enough that will get it to you! Don't forget there's one on Lagrange Rd in...

I recently visited Pizza Pete, and I must say, it was an absolute treat! The pizza was fantastic — the highlight being the thin, crispy crust that I can't stop raving about. As someone who isn't a fan of thick crusts, Pizza Pete got it just right. It was perfectly crispy, not too heavy, and paired wonderfully with the fresh toppings.
But what really elevated the experience was the service. The staff was very friendly. It's clear that Pizza Pete values great customer care as much as they do great pizza.
The only downside, for me, was the lack of indoor seating. They have a small counter with about five stools, which works, but I was really hoping for a more spacious dining area where I could sit down and enjoy my meal in comfort. Still, this won't stop me from returning — the food and service make it well worth the visit.
Overall, I’ll definitely be back for more. Pizza Pete is a must-try for anyone who loves a crispy, flavorful pizza with...
