Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Frankfort

I was on a day trip excursion from Kokomo, Indiana today, and stopped to eat a banana split (which, I don't think that I had eaten in more than a decade) at this Dairy Queen today. And, BAM!! POW!! SHAZAAM!! I MET TWO OF THE FRIENDLIEST HUMAN BEINGS ON THE EARTH 🌎🌍🌏, AT THIS DAIRY QUEEN-THE OWNERS!!!!! OH MY GOODNESS!! THIS COUPLE IS, BEYOND FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL, EVERYTHING, THAT TWO OWNERS, SHOULD BE!! WHAT A, ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE, OF, A PERFECT, LET ME REPEAT THAT FOR EMPHASIS, A PERFECT, LET ME REPEAT THAT AGAIN, A PERFECT, RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE!!!!! Very frustrating experience every single time! Latest interaction was a 20 minute drive-thru order. Spent 6 minutes at window before someone finally came and asked what we ordered. Then 4 minutes later they had a total and accepted payment saying "your order will be right up".. A few minutes later they asked us to pull forward and wait (no other customers in line). Finally after another 8 minutes our food was brought out with missed instructions and smashed food that was cold. Complete waste of time for mediocre fast food. Will avoid this location in the future and let everyone I know to avoid doing business with this...

First off the customer service was great. Very friendly staff. I ordered a simple cheeseburger, fries, and a banana split. The burger....def will not order another one. Took two bites and that was it. It was cooked by chef mike! The microwave! I dont even own a microwave i hate how it makes food taste. I thought DQ did flame grilled/broiled? -5 on the burger tho. A perfect 10 on the banana split, and a 10 on the fries. Fresh and hot. I also ordered a water it was cold, filtered, and fresh.
