1st time I called in an order for the 2 medium two topping pieces for $5.99 was told that's online only. 2nd time a few weeks later I called in for the same thing they said that's for a 1 topping not 2 toppings but charge me the price of 2 toppings. 3rd time I called late on the evening spoke to the manager placed my same order without incident she was lovely. This evening my 4th time calling in some young kid answered my call and screwed my order up they charged me for two toppings but gave me one topping only when I called back the manager was there she answered but it's a different manager than the last time she answered the phone at 11:15 p.m. immediately put me on hold without waiting for any reply or nothing and I was sitting there in the parking lot nobody was there they had no customers she didn't give me the opportunity to say anything after they screwed my order up she was very unfriendly when I pulled through the drive-thru. I asked if I could place another order she said no this is pick up only so I pulled out to the parking lot to call it in she knew I was sitting out there and instead of taking my order she just threw me on hold without giving me a chance to say anything about the first order they screwed up. Read moreI was coming in the door around 1140pm with my family to order on Saturday 21st 2018. I ask for a menu and then said is it all on this tv? I then start to order and the man standing at the register tells me that we can not order!!!!! So I give him a weird look and I'm like seriously? He says yes we are short staffed and we are closing two hours early. Then I look at my husband and we both agree that it's BS because they had just taken an order before we walked in and the lady went out to her car to wait. For one they should have locked the door or stopped us at the door OR even apologized but that wasn't the case. I feel like at that point my option should have been that the man say: we can take your order but it will be a bit before we can have it ready and then if I so choose not to wait a super long period of time then I make the choice to leave. I felt as if this situation wasn't handled properly and I will be spreading the word about this dominos. My family was hungry and we had been working all day and was coming here for a reward. Read moreI've been ordering from Domino's since 2007, so I'd like to think I can give an accurate review.
This is, without a doubt, the best Domino's I've ever ordered from. I've gotten food from a few others in Indiana and even two in Illinois and one in Texas, but this one in Frankfort on West Walnut Street [in front of Admiral Gas Station] is the best, hands down. They go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. I've never had such wonderful service from any other pizza place.
One such example: My mom ordered something she'd never had before last week -- a chicken bacon pizza with garlic parmesan white sauce -- and she didn't care for it; the sauce wasn't what she was expecting at all. The manager had a coupon for a free large unlimited pizza mailed to her in her name, with her name actually on the coupon. If that's not five star customer service I really don't know what is.
The few times I've ever had issues with my order [only the crust being burnt on my thin crust pizzas] I've had them replaced with no extra charge and no hassle.
