El Ranchito — Restaurant in Franklin Township

Best Mexican restaurant that I have had the pleasure of eating at. Family owned, and you can taste and feel it. Thanks for being so awesome!

Edit: I hate to do this, never thought I would. They have went down hill so fast. They are letting the next generation run the restaurant while they sit in the back and have a good time. They never answer the phone anymore, for pick up orders. I went in tonight after calling 5 times and not getting an answer, thinking they were busy. There were 5 people inside... I order my food and wait. Some lady comes in and walks out with Two bags. She comes in a few minutes later and returns the bags an leaves with another. Two minutes later my food comes out. I am 99% sure they gave that lady my food and then waited a couple minutes and gave me the same bags that had left the store and been tampered with. I will never eat at this establishment again. SO THIS USETO BE A PLACE MY BOYFRIEND AND I WOULD GO FOR AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD.. AND I WOULD KNOW JUST BECAUSE I'M MEXICAN MYSELF.. BUT THE REASON I RATE IT A 2 STAR AND IT USETO BE A 5 STAR.... 🌟 IS BECAUSE ONE DAY I GOT CHARGED MORE ON THE TACOS THAN WHAT THE MENU PRICES HAD SAID. THEN WE TRIED TO TELL THE LADY (THAT IS CIRCLED IN RED) & SHE ARGUED WITH ME, WHILE HAVING MY CARD. THEN CAME BACK WITH AN ATTITUDE AND SAID SHE DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR A POP, LIKE I STOLE IT. (WITH AN ATTITUDE, STILL) LIKE YOU HAVE MY CARD, IT'S NOT LIKE I JUST GOT THE POP. SHE MADE IT SEEM LIKE IT WAS ALL MY FAULT. MY WHOLE ORDER WAS ALL MESSED UP AND STILL WANTED TO OVER CHARGE ME. Talk about authentic Mexican food!! Wow! This little place nestled in btwn houses has awesome food! I believe if you only see American people in a Mexican restaurant... it Mexican -American. Never seen so many Mexican people in a Mexican restaurant who were coming there to eat. As soon as a table would empty it would fill back up! They are going to need to expand! Excellent! The only thing I didn't care for was that we weren't brought napkins or salt, I had to get up to get them off of empty table. The only thing that redeemed my dis appointment in that ,was the guacamole they were making for me. Not a mix from powder...actual fresh avocados, with onions, tomatoes and fresh cilantro!
