PLEASE READ, especially if you are a woman!!! ** I highly doubt all of these reviews are sincere. Don't get baited in the way I did. I took my laptop to this location for a screen replacement and was supposed to pickup 5 days later. They charged me a $200 deposit. At the 5th day, El didn't bother to contact me, so I called and then went to pick it up. He claims he replaced the screen, and that the battery needed replacement. I asked if he tried charging it, to which he seemed surprised, as if he hadn't thought of that idea on his own. I told him that it hadn't been charged since April, so he told me he would charge it and work on it more and to come the same day by 7pm. I went there and he claimed the computer wasn't working and was still trying to order a new battery presumably on my dime. That's when I realized something wasn't right, so I went to pick it up. He wouldn't give it to me, claiming they were closing in an hour and didn't have time to take the new screen off. I went back the next day and they charges me a $50 diagnostic fee. I get right home, charged it for 30 min, and it powers RIGHT ON! So now, I'm feeling as though I was charged the diagnostic fee in vain. I went back to speak with him and he started yelling and screaming at me where I had to repeatedly ask him to raise his voice. He was babbling about that maybe the battery wasnt compatible with the screen. Lol. I was calm, poised, and respectful while talking, I found that the way he spoke to me to be EXTREMELY intimidating, and I wish my husband was in town so thar he could have gone with me. There is no way he would have spoken that way to a man. He claims I accused him of something, which I did not, however, his behavior confirms he was not being honest and that he does not respect women...especially when they don't agree with what he is doing. I calmly asked his name and left with intentions of contacting his boss...which I did. This "gentleman" was far far worse. I called the owner at the Zettler store and he asked me what happened. Midway thru my explanation, he LITERALLY started screaming into the phone like a maniac. He asked what I called to tell him this for? What did I want him to do? Am I calling to leave a verbal review? I was so shocked that I literally called him a maniac and hung up the phone. I realize that some ppl lack emotional intelligence and professionalism, but these two men are borderline VIOLENT. I know ppl complain simply bc they don't get their way, but I am a small business owner myself, and would not write a review such as this for no reason. Despite them stealing my money, they make their business out of intimidation and bullying, which supercedes anything monetary....
   Read moreAfter spending thousands with this store with repeat business, the owner randomly accused me of being âweirdâ and âsuspiciousâ for wearing prescription meta glasses to a TECHNOLOGY store. (Sounds crazy considering every phone has cameras). When I tried to inform him of a light that shows recording he insisted that he did not care and I should not wear prescription glasses to his store. Would not recommend AT ALL.
