Nick's Pizzeria & Steak House — Restaurant in Franklin Township

Really only problem i have with this place is the people I have had a few incidents where they messed up and took it out on me. For instance ordered a cheese steak. They gave my order to someone else and gave me their order so I had to return with it was told I would have to wait another 45 minutes I waited 2 hrs they served every1 there 1st then remade my order. And that I was lucky that I didn't have to pay the difference. Excuse me what difference the people are just rude. Another incident was went there. Ordered pizza cheese steak mega fries a lot of stuff. My kid wanted to Sit and eat our food paid for our food by a young lady. Very nice and then they switch shifts .My kid wanted a soda so I go to buy a soda and the lady is having a problem with my card. She's swiping, it aggressadly didn't work so then she tries typing it in didn't even type in all the numbers just acted like she did through the card at me and said it's declined. I had plenty of money on it. She was so rude and this was an older lady. The younger lady was very nice. If she would have came back I could have got my soda. There was another family there. It was embarrassing how she was yelling at me would never eat there again. Except for my kid loves their party pie. But every time I've been there, it's almost been that same lady who is always nasty. So yeah, I try never to eat at this place. You had better customer service. I would eat there probably twice a week. And ive lived next to this place for over 20 years!! Thanks but no thanks i feel bad for even saying all this but its the truth i was with my kid!! dont get me wrong my sister says she never has issuses here and if u look at the both of us u would think u would get rude with her...

The person who took my order was very arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional and she kept making me repeat my order after I said it 3 times. I’m a food critique myself and I just felt not welcome at all in a small establishment, I would not recommend going there if you have a short temper, however there were a few people that were nice, it was just a older women with gray hair that took my order and was very rude and ignorant, as well that I had forgot to mention, and she kept ranting to the customers about her “work problems” which was unbelievable and unprofessional considering there were kids no older than 6 in the pizzeria. However considering that there is a better pizzeria a few blocks down (Danny’s or Wawa) I would just go to that one instead since they have better service. Danny’s is just a little bit more expensive...

Called to place an order and the women was very ignorant on the phone. I placed order anyway. I drove from Millville because I thought all the nicks restaurants were the same, boy was I wrong. When I walked In the people that worked there didn’t have mask or gloves on and the people waiting on food must have been regulars because they didn’t have masks on either. Cheese stake was ok but the ceasar salad was horrible. Chicken was rubbery and had to recook it. Lettuce was full of stalks, crotons were mushy and there was no cheese. I always thought restaurants took pride in the food they made, I guess this place makes food depending on how they feel. FYI Christine was a sweetheart but the other woman was a real...
