Wawa — Restaurant in Franklin Township

On 4/15/24 around 2:15 A.M. Upon my arrival to pick up a supreme pizza that I had preordered and prepaid for. I could hear a young lady making barfing sounds. I thought it was rude and disgusting. Being as I was picking up food. I could see one of the young ladies looking into the back area where they put the pizzas together. Her facial expression was suspicious as she looked at me and into the back area multiple times within 3 seconds with a shocked ohh no look on her face. It made me uneasy as my pizza wasn't out yet. When I got home with my pizza. It was clear that whomever made it literally through the mushrooms onto the pizza. The mushrooms were all in one pile on top of just 2 slices with 3 tiny pieces scattered not far from the same 2 slices. One of the pepperoni slices appeared to have been bit into and placed back on my pizza. I visit this wawa on a regular basis. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. Whomever made the pizza was clearly having a good laugh with their coworkers and obviously didn't like mushrooms. But as a paying customer I feel that my meal should not have looked like it was grossly mishandled and even sampled before I received it. Unfortunately I will be going elsewhere from now on. Because it is not the first time that I experienced such rude behavior from some of the staff at this location. They express their thoughts on customer's and one another to where it is heard throughout the store a little too often. Appearing very comfortable when doing so. Saying things like, " yeah we get a lot of wearied people here all of the time." On this particular night they were clowning one of the LGBTQ employees behind her back. In a way that they were being loud and obvious enough for anyone in the store, including the employee to hear and notice. Making my visit more uncomfortable as I could see that the LGBTQ young lady may have been experiencing verbal abuse or even bullying from them often. Personally I love wawa and stop at multiple locations throughout the week. But this one is close to home. So I couldn't turn a blind eye to certain staff's consistent disgusting behavior and rudeness. Not all of my experiences at this location have been terrible. I do appreciate the staff that helped me make this my go to location for a while. Unfortunately...

Not sure what happened during the remodel but this Wawa is absolutely terrible anymore. Previously when this was a small store it was fantastic. Employees were great, service was great and the food was excellent. Ever since it has become a gas Wawa it’s gonna downhill faster then an avalanche. There is NEVER food in the warmers. Always looks understaffed. Counter orders take WAY too long to be made. I can go to heritages and get a freshly sliced hoagie in about 1/2 the time it takes someone to make one of their pre sliced sandwiches (and at least heritages pays attention to what you want on it). I didn’t go into this wawa. I was feeling sick and it was raining so i thought it’d be best to get it delivered. My doordash experience was great, very lovely driver. I ordered simple. soup, buttered roll and a coffee. My soup looked like they threw it in the bag with no care. I ordered little butter, it looks like there is half the container on there. My coffee taste like water with no sugar or cream. Not to mention there was no utensils, napkins, like if i didn’t have the means to get that stuff how would i eat it? Simple consideration goes a long way and this Wawa does...
