A & G Pizza House — Restaurant in Franklin

If you had to think of a style pizza, think of Casanos, but more affordable, and, in my opinion, better. Not that I could find a reason to say Casanos is bad, but it’s more like picking a date for Junior prom. Do I take the girl I like at MY school or the girl from Centerville? And here’s the thing, I picked the girl from Franklin, even though I knew if I didn’t have her back home directly after the dance Mr. DeLaney was gonna have me wrapped up like 200 foot of barb wire in a bush hog, but I took the chance. And even though, 6 years later, it landed me in Warren County Juvenile court for a child support hearing and three divorce proceedings, I learned that true love really does exist in the back of a cop car (shout out Keith Urban). Worst service I've had at any food establishment. I ordered fries and a pizza to go and decide to have a beer while I wait with my brother. They bring us the to go fries and I'm thinking OK the pizza may be a while since they are busy and have many orders. An about 30 minutes after eating the fries we ask if the pizza is ready since its been so long. They bring us the pizza and I pay and leave. On my way home I check the pizza to see it had been eaten off of and was not hot anymore but warn from sitting so long. I go back and am told it was my fault for not asking for the pizza or if it was done. After receiving half of my order I assumed the rest would be coming shortly. We are new to this area and lack of local chain pizza places are not available to us. We just so happen to find a few local mom and pop shops that have great food, A and G has great food, however their customer service is lacking. My wife spoke with a woman who was probably the rudest woman to take orders in this area and also messed up our order. I understand the work force is short staffed as a business owner I know this all too well. Understanding we are , but being disrespected while trying to learn their products and menu is unacceptable. I'd be more than happy to change this review with a call from the manager, but my return call I was put on hold without them even hearing my voice for an extended period of time and I hung up.
