Asian Delight NH — Restaurant in Franklin

Being in this part of Franklin I was surprised that the the interior design was so detailed and the waiter was so professional. Menus are clean and I appreciate the honest photos in the menu. Prices are fair. Maybe having a few special or sales would be nice. But unfortunately that doesn't make up for reheated crab rangoons that are still partly cold in the middle. Pad Thai was decent but I thought it was kind of sweet and didn't have enough peanut or spice in it. Thai Sweet Tea was over iced, so it's gone too soon leaving you with a cup of a bunch of ice. Overall not bad, especially for the area, but Lanna Thai in Laconia definitely has that extra edge in the freshness of their ingredients and the skill in the kitchen. New Year's Eve was my fifth time dining at the restaurant. The four prior experiences were really good in terms of both the food and service. New Year's Eve was stunning in its departure from the usual.

Our issues ranged from items ordered but not served, hot items delivered barely lukewarm -- twice, an appetizer delivered AFTER the main entree, and parts of the entree that weren't fully cooked.

The restaurant was woefully understaffed in wait staff. On a very busy night in which most of the tables were filled, including a large group table, there was only one person waiting tables. And, this same person was also handling the, at times, long line of take-out customers.
