Clarks Donuts — Restaurant in Franklin

What a great little shop. The small storefront hid a real gem. You enter into a "social area" of overstuffed chairs, tables, a big screen TV and a prominent sign displaying the wifi password. If you venture on, you enter the shop with a display fridge for cold drinks, a counter with coffee maker and such, and a display case for donuts, fritters and other pastries. A very friendly cashier was ready to help. And offered numerous explanations for why donuts are actually a health food. We got our snacks and headed back to the chairs.
