Dunkin' — Restaurant in Franklin

Yesterday, the girl at the drive through window handed my cousin, who was driving my new Jeep Patriot, three iced coffees in a tray. Two large and one small. The second she handed my cousin the tray, I saw his large iced coffee leaning against the other two coffees and not even inside the tray holder. Before I had a chance to speak up; still at the pickup window, his large coffee flipped in the air about three times and covered my entire driver's side. The dash board, in the speakers, and is still saturated ALL over my driver's floor. The Jeep is bogging and the gas peddle is squishy. One employee tried helping us. My cousin was soaked. We were on our way to work. The Jeep is running very strange, due to the fuse box and wires under the rug, along with my gas peddle and steering wheel. I refuse to pay for the damages. Imperial will be sending a letter to the Dunkin Donuts, along with the bill. I have pictures and plenty of witnesses. My lawyer has been notified. I realize it was a mistake on her part. But, nevertheless, it's a costly mistake. She handing my cousin, Jason Julian, the tray and it instantly flipped all over my NEW Jeep Patriot. She even said, "Did that just fall?". I think she knew of her mistake and was in a rush to hand him the tray, in which the coffees were not properly placed in their cup...

We often stop at this Dunkin if we are on our way somewhere because it's the closest to the highway. But it is always so busy! Maybe that is why their quality control is such an issue? But we have never left this location happy with our order. Last time, we ordered food and after 20 minutes, I finally approached them to find out what happened. They made it then and it took a few minutes. I really should have checked it but, of course, I didn't because we were running late. Missing bacon on a "bacon, egg, and cheese". Today, I ordered a large cold brew with cold foam (picture).... Glad to see they we so kind to splash some cold foam on the top. I get it, it's a fast food restaurant. But you are still paying for a product, so I don't think asking for a product to be made correctly is really much to ask.

Update: 2 months later and they still haven't stepped up. As I type this, I'm warming up my husband's ice cold breakfast sandwich under my leg on our car seat warmer. In the meantime, he's eating his creamless vanilla cream donut. When...
