This was my first and last visit to this referred restaurant. Terrible service asked for napkins 3 times , hot sauce 2 times , shrimp was overcooked. And most of all the overcharging for 3 margaritas we ordered. We ordered 3 skinny margaritas that were $8.95 each. had to point to what we wanted due to server did not understand what we were asking for. When the bill came there were 3 charges, for 3 different types of margaritas ! We should have paid 8.95 times 3 but we're instead charged $44.95 for 3 different types of margaritas??? Obviously ones we didn't order, including a Texas margarita that was $15.00 ! server didn't understand when trying to explain. So when the manager came over he wanted to argue that we had 20 ounce skinny margaritas for which they don't even offer a 20 ounce skinny margarita??? He was more interested in arguing with me, first time customer than rectifying the obvious mistake to the bill. And still overcharged me at the end. I swear it felt like a scam ... It was a terrible display of customer service that I won't soon forget. Associates that take orders should be able to take an order without there being a serious breakdown in communication. And managers should NOT run off customers! they should do everything to retain them which failed here badly...
Read moreI went to this restaurant yesterday and was sorely disappointed. The food was okay, but I the service was a disappointment. I purchased a gift certificate for $50.00 and was charged $50.75. I'm not sure what the $0.75 was for and the owner didn't really explain. Then, I ordered two items at the restaurant and ordered a dish for a relative at home and they charged me a $0.69 fee for a takeout order (there was no mention of this I just noticed it on my receipt after I had paid). I sat at the restaurant with a friend and ate two entrees and then you are going to charge me for order more food and taking it home? (I guess if you go this route when you visit, have the food plated and the request a box). Lastly, they offered a military discount, but the owner asked me what I ate, which was fine, I had an entrée, cheese dip, and a sweet tea, he then told me he could only apply the discount to one item. That didn't make any sense to me. Lastly, they had pull down blinds in the restaurant and there was food staining the blinds and flies buzzing about (and we were there 30 minutes after opening). Read moreThis place is racist to their returning customers. I have been going here for 7 years and recently my team (all Asian) also started to visit here for team events. One lady that works here was absolutely racist towards us. We were not even done with our food and it was pretty obvious, but she kept trying to take the dish away when we told her multiple times we are still eating those. She also violently threw check at our table when we were still eating and lied to us that they are closed and we need to leave. This isn’t one time happening. It happened multiple times here that they either ignore our table or try to kick us out when they are still very obviously open. Seriously what is wrong with you? Your team is consisted of racial minority and it’s absolutely disgusting how you treat a fellow minority this bad. We have spent so much time and money here, but I guess we will have to find somewhere else now. Beautiful way to treat your years...
