We didn't walk out dogs here, we drove through and parked in a shady spot to organize our cars as we're travelling from out of state. We did have dogs with us, but other people were using the fenced dog areas at the time and we have large dogs that get hyped up, so we decided to not them run and play. However, the regular swing sits really low to ground so it's not really ideal for the kids to swing on. They have bars, a slide, bridge, and a zip "line" that's about it. Read moreSuch a great neighborhood park! Very well maintained Franklin City park. The front is dominated by 3 baseball fields with central building containing the restrooms and concessions area. There is a side road that takes you to the back of the park where the playground is located. Most fun for kids under 8 I think.
