Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Franklin

I wish I could give this place 10 stars!

The pizza was delicious, the wedge fries were perfect, the pizza-shaped cookie dessert was excellent, and the service was top-notch. The prices were excellent, and there was a clean baby changing table in the very clean bathroom.

The best part, though, was the phenomenal kids' play nook that they had set up! My two little ones played there while we waited for the pizza (which was lightening fast), ate, and then went back to playing until my husband and I were ready to go with almost no fussing. They had sweet books for the kids to read, a huge tub of Duplo blocks for smaller toddlers to play with, two cute little rocking horses, lots of little cars, and one of those great pretend town rugs for the kids to use to play with the cars. It was so clean and truly lovely.

If we weren't just passing through, this would absolutely be our new go-to pizza spot! I would love to have such a genuinely family-friendly...

I stopped by fox's pizza on my way home the young lady that took my order was very nice and I have no complaints about her what did bother. Me was one the pricing I ordered the small sampler you get your choice of 3 items I only asked for two and that they could double up on one to equal the 3 items so I ended up with 6 of the cheese sticks and 6 zucchini so I either didn't get one doubled or I am not counting right I also ordered chicken strips with no fries which was charged 7.99 for that which ended up being 4 very small chicken strips and two of them you couldn't even eat they where so hard if I would have had teeth they would have broke so my order costs me 18.00 I wouldn't have been so upset if the food would have been good but it wasn't and the price for what I got has made it so that I won't go there again now if you like very small portions and your food hard then I guess it would...

My brother and I were just walking downtown in Franklin when we decided to grab something to eat. When we decided on Fox's Pizza Den. My brother ordered a Steak Wedgie, Whilst I ordered a Personal Panned Pizza. The waiting time was quick but when we received our orders and sat at a table- My order of the Personal Panned Pizza was overcooked and the crust was burnt. My poor brother's Steak Wedgie was sopping wet with grease.. he was VERY upset I could tell. The atmosphere of the pizza place was horrendous and very noisy! I asked for the older lady's name in the back who seemed to be the manager to which her name is Rachel, Rachel was verbally abusive towards her employees and the customers who were just trying to have a nice dinner at that moment. Overall the place was noisy, disruptive and the manager was disrespectful to everyone. I will not be taking my brother or anybody...
