Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken — Restaurant in Franklin

So, my friend and I stop by this location. And she ordered a Buckeye box. With that being said, this employee (heavy set lady)...

After ordering, my lady friend sat down and noticed the advertisement for adding an additional drink for $1. She ask the employee, Can she add the drink. The employee says, it's too late. Too late, for what? Making money or being open for business? I don't get it!

Then, upon receiving the order she (Customer) checks box. Informing the employee the wedges. Employee insisted they were in the box.

After the employee inspected the order, then realized no wedges. She then, gave the order correct.

Now, I write this because as human being to feel a sense of injustice.

#1: no its too late to add an additional item to the order and my order was not given yet. Lazy. Lazy. The money goes to the store location. !!!!! IT'S A SODA FOR CHRIST SAKE!!!!!

#2: Then insisted my order was correct. But yet incorrect.

Now, please be advised we were people of color. Not saying that was the case. But to be denied a purchase at the customer's request. Without an explanation of the purchase option. Pay more, or just cancel order. And reorder. (Lazy) does raise question. Like why? If she didn't want to work should have stayed home. Or being nice, chose a different line of work. Other people would love to have her job.

With that being said. Put her on the grill. Her customer service skills need more on behalf of Lee's at this location.

Harsh but real....

Worst costumer service I have ever seen. Food was cold, small proportion, and wrong. Didn't fix the right food that was ordered. Didn't include all the food. Biscuit was bigger than the chicken breast. Wife went back up to get the rest of our ordered and paid for food and was told to take the food and get the hell out. Called back to speak with a manager on duty about the behavior of her employees and was told to come back and play the recording of her rude employee and then was hung up on. Terrible service. My daughter Sierra mist was just carbonated water with no syrup. Her food was wrong. Supposed to be a chicken leg and received a tiny strip. Wife asked for sauce and they told her no and refused to give her any sauce. Don't waste your time and money going here. Worst food and customer service ever. Lee's was recommended as being on of the best this was at the Springboro exit if I could I would give it less than one the speaker was so bad I couldn't understand very little so I went inside they acted unhappy with me for going inside I ordered and paid for two pieces of white meat the lady goes back yells leg and a thigh OK I get to my hotel open it up the chicken looked like it had been settling for a long time and looked like it was over cooked well guess what it was over cooked the meat was cold the leg was over cooked and tough I was unable to eat it the other piece was just as bad the biscuit cold and as had it had been settling for a very long time and then last was the corn on the cob it had been cooked so long there was nothing in almost every kernel.
