Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Franklin

I don’t normally do this, but I feel it is warranted. This review is regarding the employees not the food quality. I have a good and a bad, thus the reason for a 3 star. And the good was good enough to bump it over to a 3. The bad first…there is a skinny blond haired girl with glasses, who I believe acts as a manager. I observed her for quite a while because they were EXTREMELY busy. Her only communication was via yelling to other employees including vulgar language within earshot of everyone. This was uncalled for, not to mention extremely unprofessional!! The employees seemed unfazed, so it is obvious it’s her typical demeanor. As someone who has over 30 years customer service experience myself, it is shocking!! Not impressive! Pizza place or not, come on! Set an example! Speaking of example, that takes me to the good. The young short dark haired girl that ran the front counter was PHENOMENAL! She told one of her teachers that came in, she was ONLY 15 I believe! She was completely composed for how busy they were and still extremely friendly. She very much had supervisory qualities also, despite her young age! You have a GEM in that girl! Perhaps the “manager” would learn a thing or two? Perhaps she could do some shadowing? I wish I had names but hopefully my descriptions gave enough. Both deserve a discussion, one good and...

I ordered ahead. Went to pick up my pizzas and it turns out they gave my pizza to someone else with my name just as i was coming in. They went out of the way and insisted on comping the meal...adding breadsticks, another pizza, and brownies. For a 12 minute wait...even though i said it was not a big deal. Wish i had caught the managers name but they were busy and I was hungry. Don't even have a reciept to do a survey because they wouldn't take my money lol. Whoever the manage was this evening...and the nice and professional staff there...you really hit it out of the park and appreciate the fantastic customer service. Seems like a fleeting thing anymore....

Tammy the boss told me she spoke with the District Manager and said they lose so much money remaking my orders how hard is it to make a stuffed crust pizza with out the heart burning sauce ?!.

Apparently its my fault they screw up my Order. i told her not to worry about the pizza and I'm sorry i called hanging up while she was still talking.
