I called she said mail it in I'll call when I get it well it was received the 7th of February no call I called and called left messages and called again Monday Feb 11th at 8 am she answered I went in before noon that day signed papers and initial paperwork she didn't have her computer on she just jotted notes down n said ok your good n sent me on my way telling me I'd get a notification me thinking oh it's just going to an update on my benefits on February 16th I received a notice that says mail date Feb 5 but the envelope said postdate Feb 12th but on that notice it talking about no longer being elgible for cash or medical so I'm not sure if they sent it before my file was updated because when I look at my compass account everything says covered /open with a new renewal date of Feb 2020....so I'm...
