Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Franklin

So I stopped by this restaurant last night about 7 little after! Stopped in to grab my children something to eat so was hoping to pick up their hot and ready pizzas! And I was towed I was looking at a 25 to 30 minute wait don't sound like hot and ready to me!! So I called back today on May 3rd 2018 spoke with the manager and that's after calling for 2 hours straight almost! I notified him of my experience with the restaurant and unlike any other restaurant that I've ever dealt with that I had a bad customer experience with they all tried to make it right by taking a percentage off of the next order or giving me the order for free you know they always try to validate it this gentleman did not he took down my name and thank me for letting him know about my experience did not try to make it right anyway!! With that being said I guess I won't be doing no business with this franchise and I guess I will also be passing the word around to all of my family and friends and co-workers to let them know don't dare go to this pizza place if they're wanting to just grab a pizza and go like what is advertised all I got was excuses of why they were not able to produce what they advertise truly...

Was leaving walmart and wanted something quick, easy and cheap. I thought about a hot n ready pepperoni and ALMOST changed my mind because the last time I got one of the hot n ready pizza's at the Kmart location it was almost rubbery, cold and dry but I figured I would give it a shot anyway. To my amazement it was as fresh as if I had just ordered it, my assumption is heavy foot traffic to the new location but its possible the management are simply doing a great job. I will simply leave it as this, quality of the pizza 5/5, service 4/5 (I walked in and no one was there but someone came up front in about 45 seconds gave me time to look around anyway), cost 5/5, cleanliness 5/5, time spent till food in hand 5/5 (faster than fast food even with the minor wait). So overall 5/5, was VERY happy with the quality of the hot n ready, started to call and request a manager to express gratitude I was eating a non dried out, non rubbery pizza then figured I would simply post here rather than pester them. Horrible place to go every time that I have been in their has been a long wait. I have even called an order in over the phone and I told them I would be their 45 mins after I called when I got their. It still wasn't ready. When I asked to speak to the manger on duty I was told that their would be 15 minute wait on it that they were back up and only had one person on staff. I have been in their atleast 5 times and 4 out of those 5 times their have only been one person on staff. I was in their before and someone had asked if they were hiring and he was told that they wished theirs a very limited staff their that and they couldn't hire anyone else. I can honestly say I would rather go to any other pizza place in Macon county then the little Ceasers near Walmart and spend double the money on the same pizza rather then waiting in their for 30 minute when their is suppose to be hot and ready so far j have never had that come true I waited so long on a pepperoni that I left the store and lost my money and didn't receive the pizza.
