Roza's Georgian Cafe — Restaurant in Franklin

I was SO excited to have Georgian food in TN. Unfortunately, this place seems to be a scam. My husband and I called to place an order: no answer and no business voice mail. We drove by the posted address and it’s an apartment, not a business. We ordered online through the website, got charged and even tracked the order coming to us. The order was marked “delivered” and we did not receive any food. (A car did drive down the cul de sac and turn around exactly as it was marked delivered… we think it was so gps would register that someone drove by). We then tried calling the business again and left a message on what sounds like a personal phone. We were able to get in touch with owner.com, which is luckily a legit company and they are processing a refund (they tried to contact the business to reorder our food and could not make contact). I’m very disappointed in this fake restaurant listing. If it is indeed a true restaurant, I’d love to hear from the owner in response to this review to make this right. Until then, be advised to avoid ordering food on their site.

Update as of 10/21: the restaurant owner did call us today to apologize and say they were in Tbilisi for two weeks and that they thought their ordering system had been put on hold. We are still awaiting the refund but it seems it is coming. We may try again in the future.

Was so excited to discover Roza’s cafe, it’s the only Georgian food that I know of in the Nashville area. That said everything I’ve ordered has been amazing, the food tastes like it does in Georgia, which is very hard to do with ingredients solely from an American grocery store. I’ve learned that they bring a lot of ingredients and spices straight from Georgia. The ordering and pick up process is super easy and I’ve been impressed with their great communication.
