Subway — Restaurant in Franklin

sandwich. Food was ok. The sandwich artist put too much sauce on our food. I asked for one small line for both sandwiches. She put three big lines of sauce. Did not listen to what I said at all. It overpowered the food. I could barely taste the food. Way to much sauce. If the employee is not going to listen to the customer, why even ask what I want? Now I do realize some people like that much sauce, however I do not. I like to be able to taste the food. It is like she knew something in the sandwich was bad so she just smothered it so I could not tell....just makes me wonder if my food is maybe spoiled..... I was very disappointed, next time if this happens again I will have no choice but to refuse the food order and...

This Subway is just another Subway. The food is fresh and tasty, and it's mostly clean. But the service is not the best. No smiles. No one pays attention to people in line. They asked for my order before the lady and child in front of me.

I asked questions and they just stared there halfway paying attention to me and halfway doing their job.

I, my sons and the others in line waited at least 10-15 minutes. We entertained each other by talking about coupons and the Christmas spirit. It's going to be a long time before this local puts forth any effort to try this...

Long lines and understandably it being peek travel for the holidays. Employees apparently having problems with each other. They ask if you want to double cheese or meat but for a footlong my veggies was a sprinkle of lettuce and 3 tomatoes. Employees also making my sandwich into a combo cause they thought it would be better. I know its hard getting people to work at thos time so I did not speak my problems cause well we all need to be more understanding and patience. Those making the sandwich make sure we get what we pay for....
