Subway — Restaurant in Frankston

The deal is simply this. I go to this Subway only because it is in town. I don't go often and if there was another one closer, I would. The food is usually ok. I went there yesterday, Nov 6. The were out of a lot of stuff, the excuse was given that the manger didn't order the right amount of stuff because she is a "Newbie". I tried to call from my house to make a to go order. It rang and rang and rang. No answer, I attempted the same the again 2 more times with the same result. It wasn't until I got closer I finally got through. It isn't like this is the first time I tried to call and don't get answered. service is usually slow, the outside speaker is a waste. I try to use the menu in the drive through but all I ever get told is to go to the window because they can't hear me. I think that this establishment needs some major attention. Went in yesterday around 7pm to get a couple sandwhichs for me and my wife. First off they were out of Italian herb and cheese which was fine so we opted for the plain Italian. Well they were out of that as well. In my opinion if you have a single rack of bread left then bake some more. I know by out it means they were too lazy to maintain their amount of bread. Next off the sandwich artist as they call them was most likely high as he was very dull and had a slight attitude. And his eyes looked as if he was up for days and the lady was slightly faster paced but still no emotion and in attached to the customers. The food is good, however, they were out of salami 2 days ago when I ordered. I went back last night March 10, 2017 and I ordered the broccoli cheese soup for my mom. Every time I order this for her, they don't fill up the cup. You pay $3 to $4 for a cup of soup that's so small and is normally 1/2 to 3/4 full. They aldo need to work on the drive through ordering microphone. However,I do like how the store is always clean when I'm there. And I love how they close late.
