Frankston Donuts — Restaurant in Frankston

The Donuts and icing really have no flavor, at all. Completely tasteless. We were disappointed. I like to opt for small, homemade options bc the quality is "usually" so much better than big chain stores. But these ones made me really, really want dunkin and Krispy Kreme 😬 Next time, I'll just make donuts myself, or go to Athens or Tyler. So that I can actually taste something. Anything. Anything at all. Maybe add some sugar to the dough? Vanilla Ext to the icing, or some cocoa powder? Just some thoughts. We couldn't even taste chocolateyness! I am giving them 2 stars because Maybe their other food options taste better, but idk.( I Cant speak for that - I just really wanted some donuts today and this was closest to my house). And because The cinnamon donut holes DID actually taste like cinnamon! So there was a win - you got some real cinnamon flavor onto those ones...

Amazing donuts and kolaches. My wife and I were traveling to Tyler and saw this place and thought we would give it a shot. Everything was fresh and simply delicious. Homemade taste is how I would characterize their donuts and kolaches. I am not a big donut eater but I thought their donuts are addictive and if I lived close by would be a regular customer. Next time I am in the Tyler area definitely stopping if they are open. The thing I think makes it appealing is that it is a family owned business with a focus on quality....
