First off, I’d like to thank the employees here for their hard work, patience, and friendliness at any hour I’ve visited. This is a frequently utilized stopping point right before the expressway and while I value my time just as much as someone else, I value how my day begins and ends even more so and seeing these bright and cheerful faces really sets the tone for the day, especially before facing any headache inducing traffic and/or tasks later in the day as I continue sipping my very large cup of harmonious flavors.
To continue my good feeling about this place, I implore everyone to order through the app, save headaches for the employees working to manage taking your order, while speaking to another one or more customers in the shop and drive-thru and it helps them decide which drink or food to make next. Plus, you get to see prices, modifications, additions, and pay in the app, allowing you to also save your masterful creations.
I’m the type of person to order via the app and pick up in the drive thru. It’s not about being lazy or wanting something special, it’s cause I’m disabled and getting inside places can be trickier than worthwhile. The baristas have never once griped to me about doing this, nor have they ever complained at me if my drink order didn’t come through quick enough before I reach the window. I thank them again for their patience!
I also appreciate that I can ask for small medications at the speaker box like “please put my shots on the side so it keeps my drink cold while I wait for the espresso to cool down” and again, they just do it with a smile.
These interactions have always made me feel good about coming here and I absolutely love it when we have a nice chat while waiting or just when they aren’t too busy (aka no one behind me at the drive thru) and clearly want to talk about something. It’s nice to recall these memories later in the day and embrace that kindness.
I will also say, anytime I have been inside the shop, it’s been clean, quick, and exactly what I’d expect.
Keep up the good work y’all and stay...
Read moreSo my wife and I use this location to buy our drinks every morning of every day of the week and it’s the same drinks every time. A grande iced chai with 13 pumps and no ice and a venti caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel and crunch. That’s about 11$ minimum per day every single day. That comes out to a little more $4000 a year and a ome days we get food or drinks for kids which is another $11. The first year and a half to two years our orders were great and correct and if they weren’t things were fixed to our satisfaction. The last several months our orders have not been satisfactory and when I try to get them right I feel more like a nuisance than a very loyal paying customer. I’ve began driving into Longmont to get our drinks some days of the weeks just because I don’t want to pay for something that’s not right. I don’t know if it’s because management has changed or it’s just the influx of new employees or what the issue is, but the quality of service and product has been going downhill faster and faster with each day come through the drive thru. I’m hoping the quality gets back on track soon so we don’t have to change our daily trip to the Starbucks a few miles away and have to start driving 40 minutes round trip instead of 10-12 minutes round trip!! May begin to make it less worth going out to get drinks every day of the week. So I feel like whether it’s my family that spends way too much on drinks or the single person that gets 1 drink a year the service and product should be at the very least satisfactory and enjoyable or else what’s the point of buying the product? Thank you all for listening I hope this helps with improving the service at...
Read moreWe stop here often as it ends up being about where the little one needs a bathroom break between NoCO and Denver...and for some reason I seem to have a bad experience almost every time we do. Here's a few things we've experienced: • Stuck in the drive through line for over 25 minutes • Staff not knowing how to redeem Starbucks rewards • Getting drive through order (3 drinks and a cake pop) severely wrong • They have been "out" of the specialty drinks advertised in their drive thru 3 out of the 4 times we've tried to order them • A drive through barista spilling 1/3 of my Frapaccino on the ground because the lid wasn't on tight, his solution? Pouring the remaining frap in a small cup and sending me on my way • A barista handing me a vanilla latte to me at about a 60-degree angle and pouring it on the inside of my door and my pants. (Her response: Do you want some napkins?)
I'm sure it's not all the time, nor is it all of the employees there...but this is one of the few SB locations that I can say I get consistently...
