Worst Subway ever!!! I get a half hour for lunch and only work 5 minutes from them. Took me 15 minutes to get to the register to pay when there were only two people in front of me. Kenneth was extremely slow starting my sandwich and then after putting in in the toaster oven, took off his gloves and went to talk to the other girl that works there ( assuming she was a shift Manager) then leaves my sandwich in the toaster for a min or so, then takes another min to put new gloves back on. Then once I was ready to check out I handed them a $100 bill which is all I had ( and have paid with one previously at THIS subway) the girl came over and said rudely you need to go to Safeway and get smaller bills! Um ok, now being late to get back to work on time, I ran over to Safeway and stood in line for another 10 minutes because they only ever have two cashiers. Finally came back to subway and got my sandwich. Racing back to work eating a soggy sandwich that tastes disgusting now and trying to stuff it down before I get back to work! This is Frederick not Denver and I am pretty sure the manager just did not want to open the safe!!!!!!!!!!!!! Because again, I have paid at this same Subway before...
Read moreWhat happened to the customer is always right? I just wanted some BBQ chicken!!!! They made me a teriyaki chickeis fine. But they didn’t have any BBQ sauce!!! So I went and grabbed some sauce from the store next door and came back to subway to eat. After I sat down ready to eat my BBQ chicken sandwich I bit into it but it wasn’t toasted like I asked. So I went up to the counter and asked the lady if she could toast it for me. She said NO that’s considered cross contamination. CONTAMINATION FROM WHAT? The air? Then she asks me for the sandwich. I give it to her. She throws it away!!! Why did you do that???? I asked?! She says I’ll make you a new one. I say back to her, without BBQ SAUCE!!! I’ll refund it to you. Read moreI normally have no issue with this reatauramt. The staff are young and usually friendly. That said, I opted for an online order this evening - for convenience. Their website was slow and filled with constant lag. Then I paid for my food - $46.03 - which I have proof of on my bank app. However their website would not show record of the transaction - instead prompting me to do it AGAIN. When I called the restaurant I was told by whatever poor kid was manning the store that the manager says they don't keep record of the transactions apparently and since they hadn't received the order there was nothing they could do. But I could come in and pay for it AGAIN.
I spent YEARS working in restaurants and I know FOR A FACT that they have record of all transactions made at or TO the store. Regardless of whether or not the order came through.
They could have verified my purchase and chose not to.
So I got screwed out of my dinner AND my money.
