I'm usually not one to complain but our experience was so absolutely awful that I feel the need to get it out there so hopefully others don't experience the same issue. First off, we have been in this restaurant twice within the last few months and each time it is uncomfortably HOT in there. There is no air flow, it is very humid, and the AC is either broken or turned off from what I can tell. We went in on 6-17-24 (yesterday at the time of writing this) and the heat and humidity in there was so awful, we couldn't even stay to eat in the restaurant because my infant was sweating so badly. To top it off the manager was on the phone LOUDLY bragging about how much she swears and how she loves swearing and how she swears like a sailor and as she was saying this she was wiping the walls down with what smelled like BLEACH. We had to get out of there from all of this so we didn't even check our food. Of course when we finally did we had several items wrong and my daughter ended up not eating since her food was either not there, or made incorrectly. So we had to stop somewhere else just to get her food. To summarize the restaurant is hot, the air is stagnant, there is no air flow, the entire restaurant smells like bleach, the manager is screaming into her phone about how much she loves swearing in the middle of the lobby, and our food was entirely incorrect. Meanwhile I have a toddler, an infant, as well as my wife and we are just trying to get a quick bite to eat. It's so disappointing because my daughter loves Taco Bell and it was a treat for her since we don't eat out often let alone fast food, but it ended up being such a terrible experience that there is no way I can take them back to that restaurant. The only positive thing I have to say is that the gentlemen who brought out our food for the mobile order to the lobby, was very polite and nice. Regardless, I would actively avoid this restaurant if you have the chance sadly. The good just does not...
Read moreWe were parked at the gas station truck parking next door and decided to come in got a quick bite to eat. The cashier who took our order was so so nice. Also encountered another worker who refilled our drinks (the soda machine was broken inside so they have to refill the drinks from behind the counter) and he was just as pleasant. We ordered our food and sat in the lobby to eat. I got a chicken cantina bowl add extra lettuce and a crunchy beef taco. My husband ordered a few chalupas and a few of those Meximelts. Idk meximelts just seem like the regular soft beef tacos already on menu just with the cheese melted, but my husband loved them and swears they’re delicious lol. Although I did love the service here I was disappointed in my bowl. It was a bit on the skimpy side. I asked for no pico and it seems as though the bowls are pre assembled and they just scooped off the pico when I ordered it. Which left behind a few tomatoes and I can’t stand tomatoes. I only assume this not only bc there was stray tomatoes I had to pick out but bc the meat and beans were very dry. You know when you leave beans out and they get that dry top layer on them? That’s exactly what it looked and tasted like. Extra lettuce is $0.40 and it was barely any lettuce on the bowl especially for it to have been extra. Otherwise I can’t complain too much. The cashier gave me a large drink instead of a small that I ordered so that made up for it lol Clean inside the lobby, clean woman’s restroom, and they have already started to put out Christmas decorations...
Read moreStopped in to get a 2 Deluxe box combos the person at counter said we are out of Chicken so we can’t sell the box meal . So we asked if they could substitute another item “ no we can’t it would put our inventory off “ so asked for manager she said the same thing so here’s the thing they had another meal combo marked sold out but knowing they can’t sell the Deluxe box it wasn’t marked sold out . If that is not available they should marked as sold out . 12:30 then the counter person said “can’t make it easier to understand “ well I guess the customer service is out the window these days won’t be eating Taco -bell . The manager said “well they didn’t send the chicken so we can’t sell it to you . Okay but inventory tracking is more important than selling food to a customer that asked to substitute a 3-4 $ item for a 1-2 $ item sorry but every employee their looked to be under 25 years old hope the owner reads this also Corp needs to change the bylaws on...
