Best Way Pizza — Restaurant in Freedom Township

For me, everything about this place is a 5 star. Unfortunately, not this time. The last time we came it wasn't either. That's why I'm reviewing this time - in hopes the right person sees it and gets things back to top notch. I went through the drive thru and ordered a full sheet as I've done many times before with no issue. I got it home and was extremely disappointed. 1. It wasn't cooked the whole way. I don't understand how that can even happen, but I know the dough is NOT supposed to be soggy and gummy. 2. The way the pieces were cut this time around got me really thinking if I truly actually got a full sheet. The guy in the black cowboy hat was the one who cut it. It was all wonkey, mostly small pieces with a few bigger thrown in. There was definitely 28 pieces but not sure if it was a full sheet. 3. The way it was boxed up was pathetic! I was alone so asked for a few smaller boxes verses the great big one. The guy at the window was polite and courteous...then he told the cowboy hat my request. You could tell he wasn't happy, but they didn't say anything. The pizza looked like it was just thrown in the boxes! A lot of it wasn't even on the wax paper and stuck to the sides. I don't know if they were sticking because it wasn't done or because of the actual way it was boxed. Either way, it was a mess! Long story short, I'm really hoping things get back to normal soon because we usually love Best Way, who doesn't??!! What's not to love.....a visit like this, that isn't the first time, for...

This place is bull**. I'm a truck driver. I came to the get go gas station that is right down the road and called and asked if they delivered. A young girl told me "not normally but exception's have been made. I will bring it myself. I can be there in 20 minutes." I waited over an hour. Called back and spoke to the manager. She said they will not be delivering it. I took out cash at the atm here and had to pay the fee for it just for this food all for no reason. The girl says she'd bring it, I get no call from them saying they can't do it. Then the female manager LIES and says she called my phone a bunch of times. These people are unprofessional, ignorant, and should be avoided...

Normally I have great experiences at this Best Way, but my last experience really missed the mark. Went through the drive-thru at 8:30 on a Friday and ordered the family deal. I could barely get the words out of my mouth before the operator said "we don't have pepperoni rolls or breadsticks, and I don't even know if we have 10 cuts". He got back to me and said they had 17 cuts, so I ordered 10 cuts. You can see in the photo what they looked like. Just carelessly...
